A breath of fresh air! My sequence of events with Logan Service to fix or replace the air conditioning at my residents:
7/20/2021: Called to make Appt.
7/21: Ryan Johnson came and assessed my needs, explained everything and gave me a quote. (Not the cheapest)
7/23. Clay Nippert and Eli Archer installed my new a/c!
NO service charge!! (I paid almost $200 in service charges with two other companies), Everyone was on time, pleasant, looked professional and was on time and no BS!

From day one they were above and beyond. Rather than a sales person contacting me and assuming I knew nothing about HVAC, an engineer with years of experience came to the house and spent hours redesigning the system to be more efficient. The technicians showed up on time did an immaculate job. Then even one of the business owners stopped by to see how things were going. I'd like to say even the "gift" at the end of the process was a class act! We received a quality product at a reasonable price!

5-star ratings should never be the norm. Barker isn't a "normal" company. Big enough to get the job done and small enough to recognize my voice on the phone when I call. Barker maintained both our AC and furnace for years of great service. When it came time to replace them (furnace in 2011 and ac in 2018), it wasn't necessary to look elsewhere. Barker has proven themselves. That's all I need to know.

Joe was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I'm a small business owner responsible for the HVAC for my office, and its something I don't know much about. As you can imagine, when there is a problem with your office HVAC in the middle of winter, that can be a big deal. Joe came out, answered every single question in a way I could understand, explained my options and was fast an efficient. Very happy to do business with this company now and in the future!

Was able to get an appointment for the next day. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Matt was also very courteous and responsive. Had AC and furnace replaced last year and Barker Heating and Air did a great job.

Barker replaced a 60 year old furnace and A/C for our house. The salesperson spent a lot of time to design the system to match the load needs of our house. This custom approach ensures that system we got is right for our house. Additionally, when our refrigerant line was damaged by the utility company, Barker took care of it even though it wasn't really a warranty item. Malia and her company are top notch and highly recommended.

Our AC unit in the basement started leaking. I called Barker and someone was sent out that afternoon. Mike diagnosed the problem immediately. It turned out the coils were frozen due to low freon. Once the unit was defrosted Mike rinsed off the condenser outside and refilled Freon and we are all now good to go. Mike could not have been nicer and was very patient in explaining things to me. We have had Barker do work for us for the last 2 years and they have been wonderful. Thank You!!

Barker provided a competitive equipment replacement cost proposal that I solicited and did not precede it with an overdone sales pitch using higher-cost equipment (refreshing interchange). This installation required a fair amount of sheet metal fabrication that was accomplished with excellence workmanship. A well done final operational verification consisting of several checks and performance tests where applicable was implemented.

Very impressed with the service I recieved. I had a water pump that failed, leading to mold on my AC coil. After having the coil cleaned by another company, the musty smell still remained. The company advised me to look into duct cleaning to remove any residual mold that may have spread. Soon after I found your company. The technician was friendly, prompt, informative and did a wonderful job servicing my ducts. Thank you!!! Your company gave me peace of mind.
