Technician are prompt and efficient in doing their job. They are friendly and never have tried to sell parts rather look to see how they can repair vs replace. Great company.
We were told we would get a call later that day, but we ended up having to call them after days went by, that should have been our first hint. We ended up having to replace our water heater which mysteriously started leaking while they were here to replace our furnace.
Not having heard anything in a month I called. Receptionist was not helpful in confirming that Aire-Flo failed to follow up with an ordered repair of my generator. The tech I subsequently spoke with also could find no notes of latest discussion and request for needed service.
The service person was very nice but with wearing a mask my husband could not understand her. She said she will send a service report and for that I am grateful.
Came out late afternoon and checked my air conditioning unit and it needed a capacitor. It did not have a capacitor on his truck to replace. Disappointed he didn’t have a capacitor and he had to come back next afternoon about 2 o’clock. People who work in that office did not come to work due to the heat.
Friendly, responsive, timely, honest. I count on Aire-Flo to do the job right the first time without trying to upsell and they answer all of my questions without ever making me feel like a "dumb girl," even though I know nothing about HVAC.
