Aire-Flo Heating, Cooling & Generators

Yrs ago Aire-Flo came when the company who installed the equipment just added me to their service list. It was winter. I needed service. I have had them come yearly. Service good. Problems solved with ease.
My relation with the company has be good. Pleasant service people, prompt and friendly. Glad to have called Aire-Flo.

I've been dealing with air flow heating and cooling for over 12 years and they always do such a professional and amazing job from installing a new furnace to just the routine maintenance checkups.

While they arrived early in the morning next day. It cost us $137 for the technician to change one setting on our thermostat to make the heat pump work properly. Seems pretty unreasonable to me for a documented 30 minute visit.

In the midst of covid-19, Emily serviced our hvac unit. For safety reasons, we were not present. She contacted us when she was on her way, was punctual, and agreed to install our new filters for us. She serviced our unit and emailed a description of what was done.

I've heard other heating and cooling companies (some in IL) are not making accommodations for COVID. Aire-Flo told me when I contacted them how it would be handled so the technician wasn't exposed to anything and neither would I be. Really great service, and I feel better now about the warm weather coming!

Awesome experience. Extremely prompt!! The tech was really nice and even expressed sympathy for a difficult situation, the passing of my dad. I would definitely call this company again
