    Be very careful using this company.
    They drastically over charged my 88 year old Aunt!
    They quoted her $900 but when they left it was almost $1500.00. I talked to several other companies and people that are in the business and they said the most this bill should have been was around $600. It’s a real shame that a company like airflow heating and cooling would take advantage of The elderly!
    But we will see who has the last laugh because I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general and the 6 on your side news.
    We will see how they all feel about this company taking advantage of elderly people, what a shame.

    Aire-Flo is great. I used them for the second time today and they were professional and friendly on the phone when to schedule, was able to get a technician out in a reasonable amount of time and the tech was great. Was respectful with asking if it was okay to come in house and wore a mask.

    Had my yearly furnace checkup. Company called me to set up as a reminder which I appreciated. The usual professional and excellent service provided, have used them for 26 years and never a problem

    They work with people on a Budget. They try to repair and/or replace parts and keep the older units functioning if possible.
    They have some very skilled and personable technicians.
    The office staff is helpful.

    Is nice to a have an old-fashioned neighborly business close by.

    I had a problem with my outlet in master bedroom not responding to circuit breaker. Garrett found that the circuit breaker was mislabeled. He diagnosed and immediately fixed the problem. He was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Great service experience 👍.

    Don't ever use this company. The don't schedule appointments when you call, so you waste time off work waiting for them. They don't call you back later when they claim they will. Also they can't send bills out properly. They verbally tell you this bill is the cost for removing and installing equipment, then you will get a bill 8 months later for the installation of the equipment.

    I had the postponed spring checkup today and notifications were sent that the technician was on her way. She called twice, then let me know what she'd be working on and when she was done. All systems were good and the information was emailed to me within minutes.
