Garret was awesome to work with. He’s super knowledgeable. I like to learn and I installed a 24kw generac myself but I couldn’t figure out why the system wouldn’t fire up correctly. After he check it out, we found that I had one tiny wire that was off and it completely solved the problem. An average tech wouldn’t have seen the problem but Garret did. Thanks!
I'm very happy with this company because they are efficient, reliable, reasonable and don't try and nickle and dime you into work you don't need. I also like that they are so accommodating when it comes to scheduling and letting you know when that are on their way. Garrett was very professional and did a great job!👏👏👏😊
Thank you for being knowledgeable and honest. This was a second opinion appointment, as I was told earlier in the day by tech from a large company well known. Per tech “furnace is not functioning safely must red tag!” of course that wasn’t the only problem with it according to him who had no real science behind his statements. So he Tagged it etc.
The Real Techs showed up with the real tools and gave me a thumbs up! Thank you again for bringing knowledge to the table and that ever so favorable science! Call them~ ask for Austin! Canceling my AB contract today!
Got a new A/C and furnace installed. Technicians arrived on time and were great. Only issue would be was told and discussed with technician that new A/C would be ground mounted and removed from builder rack and went to review and wasn’t done. Also technicians didn’t offer a final walk through and just had me signed and left. Very odd but both systems are working great
Howard and Garrett have worked on our system they both did a great job. Garrett with our Annual Generac service including system update, oil and filter changed. Very quick and excellent service. Howard installing the wifi module, did a great job and got us up and running on the Mobile Link system application. Thanks
First of all, I’m not an expert in HVAC- that’s what I hired Aire-flo to take care of for me, and my family and I have been long-time customers. On June 27, 2022 I had a service call for routine maintain on my Carrier unit (that was installed by Aire-flo). That tech decided to add freon to my unit. Pipe became clogged soon after that visit and condensation leaked around furnace in the basement, so I called Aire-flo for a follow up service call July 6, 2022. This technician (who, of course, no longer works at Aire-flo) told me there wouldn’t be a charge for the visit because he was correcting what the previous tech missed/caused. Ten months later I received a bill for $339. I called confused, and they took off $80 service fee and told me the billing department would get in touch because I clearly stated I was told I wouldn’t be billed for the visit in July. Billing never called me back so I reached back out and spoke to them, as well as a manager, today. The manager said they tried to send me the bill in July but had the wrong email. So rather than call or mail me a paper bill in a timely manner, they waited and then emailed me the invoice 10 months after the service call (what kind of billing department is this? Also the tech might still have been employed and able to be questioned if the billing department was more efficient). They will not honor what the technician told me and now I owe $260. I paid for the June visit and now I am paying for the July visit to correct what that tech either caused or missed. We will not be using this company in the future and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Edit to add: response to owner: I have already called several times and no satisfactory resolution has been made. Also, I noticed the invoice from 7/6/22 WAS NOT signed be me! Your tech forged my signature or signed his own initials in the customer authorization/customer acknowledgement sections! You can compare to signature to previous invoice from 6/27.
Their company had the best customer service and great turn around time. Everything was explained to me so knew and understood what happened. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Awesome!
Garrett responded to a warranty service call on a newly installed standby generator. He noticed that the generator was not wired according to code by the installer, and for that I owe him much thanks. He was not able to resolve the original reason for the service call, and stated the generator must be up to code before any deeper repair investigation is done. Which is understandable. So the repair ticket remains open for now.
Garrett returned today to resolve the high temperature shutdown issue with my standby generator, now that the generator is wired to code. The problem was an internal loose grounding wire screw that was incorrectly tightened at the factory. Two turns with a screwdriver and it was fixed.
3/25/23, 7:30pm: I was at work today at 2:30 when I got a text from AEP advising that my power was out. I just got home to the sweet, sweet sound of my generator running. Thank you, Aire Flo!
Update: today I received a credit of $308.76 on my credit card. I am very pleased to have my problem resolved.
Aire-Flo overcharged me by $308.76
On February 1st, technician Andrew Adkins serviced my Generac generator. He was prompt, competent, thorough, and courteous. In a word, excellent. I was so impressed that I purchased a one year maintenance contract on the spot. The total bill was $621.72, and worth every penny.
HOWEVER, that same day Aire-Flo charged my credit card $930.48.
I have made 4 phone calls to Aire-Flo to request that this error be corrected, either by a credit of $308.76 to my credit card or by a check in that amount. Not one of my calls has been returned. I have spoken several times to Jess, who is pleasant and courteous but cannot help me and has apparently been instructed not to put me in touch with anyone who can.
