Excellent Service. Arrived as scheduled. The technician Mo was thoroughly knowledgeable and explained what was done.

I was very pleased with the quick response of the tech. (Ryan). He was very professional and friendly.

R J Heating will lie to you again and again and not honor your appointment. They charge you an arm and a leg just for dispatching, but will they reimburse you for half a day of work you missed waiting for them to show up?

Scheduled service one week in advance, called the day before again to confirm. They confirmed that I was the first run in the morning - so there should be no delay due to not being finished at the previous location.

My appointment was at 8AM. 8:05 AM not here, called and they told me the guy was on way and be here soon. Called again at 8:30AM, still not here, on his way. Called again at 9:05AM. All same response.

At least other shops will CALL YOU if their guy is stuck at a job and cannot make it on time, and they would do what they can to make it right. Not RJ Heating & Cooling.

Never again. Go with someone else.
