Staff was extremely easy to work with. The heating system stopped on Thursday and a new one installed on Monday. (The old heater worked up until the new one was installed so I was not without heat, Not sure why it stopped on the coldest days but was happy to have it replaced so quickly) I also knew I had to replace but waiting until winter was over. As far work the area was let clean with all waste removed. I was instructed on operation of new items and all questions were answered completely. Loved the service.

I had estimates done by 6 different companies. Not only was RJ the lowest estimate - certainly a plus - but the reason I hired them is because they spent the most time in my home measuring and problem solving while conducting the estimate, they answered every question I had, and of all the companies, they were also the only company that followed up with me after the estimate - both for feedback on quality of service, and to ask if I had any additional questions. Not only that, RJ showed up to do the work a good 20 minutes early, began working right away, made little to no intrusion on me as I worked from home, and cleaned everything up.

I can't recommend RJ more highly to anyone who needs HVAC work done at their home. Its obvious why they've been in business as long as they have.

Ryan and Joe did an amazing job, they made sure everything was working properly and knew exactly what they were doing!! We love our new unit and highly recommend R J Heating and Cooling, The owner, Rich knew what unit would work for us and he was right, you can trust him, he will not steer you wrong! I also want to mention, even after the job was completed, he contacted us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction; I’m happy to say, it definitely is, our sunroom finally is comfortable instead of being hot, our old unit didn’t cool that room like it did the rest of the house since it was originally installed 23 years ago by a different company. Now with our new unit we can now enjoy our sunroom too, thanks to Rich’s recommendation!

Had a problem didn't realize it was a simple fix. I spoke with rich, he asked a few questions. And rather than just send someone out he had me check the filter. It was plugged. I thought my ac was broken. These guys could have really taken advantage of my incompetence, but that didn't happen. I changed filter and all was better. I'll use them just for the integrity and care for my situation and wallet!!Thanks Rich and team.

Never an issue with RJ! Easy to schedule a service call; bumped my appointment up by 24 hours for same day repair. Employee Mo is top notch; very knowledgeable! Tight crawl space no problem for this Company! Recommended to other building condo owners!

R J Heating & Cooling were above our expectatIons!! They all did a great job, were friendly, timely, and the finished product looks, sounds, and cools our home amazingly!!!! Will be calling back in September for maintenance on our boiler next. Such a great experience. A+++++
