The company is unorganized and unprofessional. I called them to come out to fix a mini split that was spitting water out when it was running. The technician arrived and said he needed a warmer day to evaluate. The company sent another technician out the following week. However, he claimed the company sent him out without proper equipment - in this case, a ladder. I called the company and the dispatcher told me they couldn’t send another technician for 5 more days. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted to hear from a manager. I never heard back from them. I called another company who was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. It was a simple clog which was addressed by a basic cleaning. The company charged me a $155 “service fee” which I’m disputing with my credit card company but they are contesting is a valid charge.

We have been loyal customers since early 1970s. They are very professional, prompt, & always truthful. No matter what issues need addressed they always try to find the right solution. They never leave till everything is running smooth & we are satisfied. Great company with great people who actually care about their customers!

I again had my yearly service for HVAC. Kenny was terrific! This is the second time he has been here. He’s always pleasant and explains what he is doing. I value the good & competent service from R&J Heating & A/C

RJ Heating & Cooling is always responsive, they are easy to work with and my HVAC system continues to work perfectly almost 8 years after installation. Buddy was a delight to work with for our annual maintenance.

The technician that came out was very friendly. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of our boilers and how it functions and might have fixed a problem for us that's been ongoing for a couple of years now. We look forward to continuing to do business with this company.

R J Heating and Cooling installed a new heating and cooling system. There was a problem with the heat pump. It has consistently been a problem in the winter months. They have serviced the problem several times and everyone in the crew has been professional and knowledgeable and very courteous. And we as consumers understand that it is hard for the technicians to diagnose the problems of the MANUFACTURERS design problems, defects/issues. We would recommend R J Heating and Cooling always. The customer service is outstanding.

My serviceman was the was courteous, efficient, thorough. He did not stop until he found the solution. I haven't used R.J Heating before but in the future I will personally request them. I highly commend this young man's commitment to the job he does, you have a jewel in this gentle person. Thank you RJ Heating.
