I was told they showed up at the apartment building , and left without making a phone call, or leave a message. When I called later (after realizing , no missed calls, no voicemails on 3 different phone numbers provided) to see what happened , they were rude and unapologetic, I was told to find a different company to service your ac.

I hardly ever give a bad review. It hurts me to give this review because people are actually cold in my home as I type. But this one has to be told. What a bad experience. I paid for work to be done on my boiler. The service tech came to home to do a repair and removed a part from my boiler and didn't return to replace the part. Now the home has been without heat for over a week. I have repeatedly called them and they will not return the part that they took from the boiler. This boiler is maybe at least 50 years old and still working until they left this boiler with a uncompleted job. I have actually disputed this to my payment company. This is totally unacceptable and incompetent. They were and are actually trying to get even more money out of me after I've already paid them for the job that was incomplete. This is ludicrous. This is one for the BBB, and all of the local news networks. As a follow up on my review. And furthermore their reply to this review makes them even more bogus. Upon my return back home, my bedroom was so cold that I had to hire someone with reasonable ideology to make sure that my my home was heating properly. And now that 70 year old radiant heating system is now working and running better than ever. And it didn't cost me nearly $$,000.00. I knew myself that it was able to be repaired. The R J Heating & Cooling Co. was to affixed on me purchasing another system instead of trying to repair my current boiler system. And I did read something to that effect in some of their reviews they did that. The new technician I hired explained to me. "As long as the boiler isn't leaking water he can repair (fix) my current system". Which is what he did. And it's now heating my entire home like it's new money. After the job was completed, the repairman said to me. "And it's not gone cost you $$,000.00, I know what they cost because I install them. It'll cost you $$$.00." What a blessing. Thank you Rico.

If I could provide a 0 star, I would.
I was told a technician (Rich) would be on site between 11:30 - 2:30.
I took the afternoon off of work to find that Mike (person I initially spoke with over the phone) never scheduled my appointment. Very disappointing. They said they could not make it out until a later date.

Kevin was the tech. He was very polite and helpful. Thanks. Job well done 🙂

Called and RJ Heating and Cooling came out the same day. Joe did a great job and got our furnace up and running quickly. Highly recommend them.

I have used RJ several times and they have always been totally professional. I highly recommend them!!

The price was the best out of several quotes. The installation was professional and they even registered the heat pump with Bryant for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
