Richie one again saves the day. Came out within 12 hours of being reached out to and assessed and fixed the issue within the hour. I will be recommending Ohio city heating and cooling to everyone.

I’ve worked doing hvac in northeast Ohio for 15 years. Ritchie is one of those people I can still hold a technical conversation with and learn something new that I didn’t know. He’s got big heart and a winning attitude. Always able to find solutions for unique problems that other company’s are afraid to tackle. There’s no one in this game that doesn’t know his name. He’s got the best price and the quality you can only get from experience. I endorse Ohiocity heating and cooling. And I approve this message.

We had a heater that wasn't sending out much heat. He explained why it slowed down and now it works fine. He only charged us the service fee beause it was a simple change. It's good to know when companies do not take advantage. We will use his company again.

Highly recommended. Richie is the man. He’s honest as they come. Very responsive and gets the job done. Always on time and finished on schedule. He fixes what needs to be fixed and he’s gone. Doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. He’s knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He’s my go to with all my heating and cooling needs.

I can’t recommend Rich and these guys at Ohio City enough. Don’t make the same mistake I almost did. He needs to be your first call if you’re experiencing HVAC issues. I had companies telling me I needed a total replacement (upwards of $5,000), I got Rich over and he had my system back up and running at normal efficiency in under an hour, in the middle of 90 degree plus heat. He truly wanted to do what he could to fix my problem and you could tell. I’ll never use or recommend anyone else for anything HVAC related. Thanks again Rich.

Ohio city heating and Cooling is amazing. Richi, the owner/head technician is as reliable as they come. I have had 3 separate heating problems over the last 2 weeks and Richi has come out immediately and taken care of the problem. The beat thing about him is that he will try the most inexpensive way to fix your problem, and will work on your issue until it’s resolved. I can’t vouch for this company enough. Please give them a call for any of your heating and cooling problems in North East Ohio.

Richie is the best my furnace wasn't putting any heat out and I happened to Google furnace repair near me and Richie came up so I called him about 7:30am he was at my house by 10am had the heat going less than a half hour later he is very reasonable and does not try to rip you off he showed me everything that was wrong and the over all experience was super great I would highly recommend him thanks again Richie the wife is nice and toasty now
