Richie was fantastic! He was so nice, personable, very knowledgeable and just completely all around good guy.
He came right when he said he would, fixed the a/c unit in a timely matter and he was VERY reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend him!

Called Ohio City Heating on Saturday because my furnace was out, they were on the job in 2 hours after I called them. Very communicative and great customer service.

Help! No heat! Dealt with the shady so called "Clevelands Best Companies" in the past. Saw the great reviews, so I called Ohio City H & C. Not only did Ritchie agree to come out last minute, arrived almost an hour quicker than quoted. Found and fixed the urgent issues, got me heat, troubleshot, general fixes and potential issues. Great price for service and repairs. And an all around pleasure to work with. Going forward my only calls will be to Ritchie & Ohio City! Appreciate you brother!!!

Richie provides the highest level of customer service. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and works continuously to solve an issue. He puts service and customer needs above anything else. He is not happy until the customer is happy and will follow up to make sure you’re satisfied. On top of that, he’s a genuine, caring person.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I had two other companies to inspect my AC unit, both companies gave me their opinion on what the problem was . However, they never charged the unit to find the leak. That’s when I knew both companies where trying replace the 3 yr old unit versus fixing the problem,that’s when l contacted Ohio City heating an cooling. After my conversation with Ritchie I knew he was honest and knowledgeable and the diagnosis would be correct . Ritchie saved me from have to purchase a new unit. I can’t say enough about this company other than call them first before contacting anyone else.

Rich is hands down, the best in the business. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is also down to earth and honest. Even my 70 year old aunt who doesn’t trust anyone says that Rich is the best HVAC guy she’s ever had. She loves that he is honest and willing to try and fix things instead of just try to sell you a new system. I love that he is honest and very responsive. I’ve called him several times in a panic and he came out right away to check things out, fix something or just ease my concerns. I recommend him to everyone!!!

This is 100% the company to use. The owner was able to help me out then same day I called, hard working, down to earth and well spoken. I explained that my furnace went out and was not putting out heat. Another company originally came out and quoted me approximately $500 for a repair. I called this place they were able to come out and properly diagnose, and found the real issue for a quarter of the cost. He was v very professional and knowledgeable. Without a doubt this will be my go to company for any further issues and will recommend my family, friend, and anyone who needs assistance.

I gave Richie a call in June to come out and inspect the AC units for our small cluster of townhomes. He is very knowledgeable, and you can tell he is passionate about the job he does and wanting to get it done right without ripping the customer off. I spoke with the other owners of the townhomes, and they were all very pleased. I have since needed him to come out again to resolve an issue with my HVAC system, and he was able to come out the same week, which I very much appreciated. I most certainly plan on using Ohio City Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs.

Honestly, I will only use Ohio City Heating and Cooling for any future needs. My heat went out during a snowstorm and he said he could come by later that night, it may be late but he would make sure to stop by. But, before hanging up he talked through a couple things I could possibly troubleshoot. One of his suggestions, clearing all the snow around the exhaust pipes in my house worked. Saved me time, money and got me warm very quickly. The professionalism and neighborly feel made confident that this will be my Heating and cooling company in the future. Thanks so much Richie!
