The counter people are awesome. Great customer service for all certified hvac people. They help my new company stay stocked and they are very knowledgeable and personable. With their help along with John K, they help my company get the right hvac equipment for the jobsite. Highly recommend

If I could leave zero stars I would. Able to buy their parts on Amazon but when I need them in a pinch, they won't let me buy from them when the product is sitting on the shelf. Then they tell me to get a registered HVAC guy to place the order, which I do, and they still deny the order. THIS IS POOR COMPANY POLICY. Apologies to the gentleman I was arguing with, that is not your fault. Lennox has a badly run customer service group as everyone I have talked to has said run far away from them.

I do heating and cooling run 24 hours for Mister hood and I get all my parts from there
