Thanks to Richie. He did amazing service. He is a really kind guy and you can tell he cares about his customers.He came out and fixed the problem in under five minutes had the heat back on explained to me what the issues were where I could understand. highly recommend Ohio city heating and cooling they are awesome.

Read the reviews and there was no question who i was calling 📞 it was a cold Saturday evening and I was living in the Sahara desert my thermostat said 55 but it was well over 90 degrees in here My husky was not happy . Made one call n Richie was on his way no question .he came in hit one button n boom my mouth dropped that’s it . I felt so embarrassed but Richie went above and beyond to check every nook and cranny He is amazing beyond personable and funny . He showed and taught me so much about my house I had no clue what any of those knob majiggy things were. He will definitely be in my emergency contact . Thank you so much for all the laughter .

There was no muss no fuss .
I called Ohio city furnace repair Richie answered the phone said he'd be right over and he was .
He knew what the problem was immediately came back the next morning and repaired it in no time.
Keep in mind I called him when the shop was closing he still came right over..
No muss no fuss no drama if you want easy breezy and a professional who knows his craft very well.
Richie is the man to call I've called five different furniture repair places in the past few years three never showed up one who said 24/7 they had a call center in Canada the second one wanted me to become a member for free they said or they'll charge me double the diagnostic fee then said they would send me an email and give me a four digit code ..I mean who needs that? Nobody!
Richie is very knowledgeable professional he answers the phone comes out right away and fixes the problem!!!
Oh and another man wanted twice the diagnostic fee!
Richie might just be the last of the real professionals that's not trying to hit you over the head..

I've lived in my current home for over a decade now, and Richie has been the first person out of several to actually spend time and complete a thorough, proper clean and check of my central a/c unit and fix problems before they turned into major issues. This is my second time using Richie and Ohio City Heating and Cooling. Last year, he rewired my furnace. Did an amazing job. Personable, professional and at a great price.

Last night, my husband and I realized our furnace wasn’t kicking on and our Nest thermostat was “throwing up gang signs” ( it was foreign to us). Called Ohio City Heating and Cooling this morning and talked to Richie. He remembered me from last year because of an awesome sign I have posted on my home. He was out this afternoon and fixed the issue promptly, personable and professionally. He gives you a straight answer every time. Can’t recommend him enough.

When I say Ritchie is a lifesaver it’s truly an understatement. Besides being one of the most coolest guys around he saved me a huge headache. My wife and I moved into our new home about a month ago. During the beginning of our heat wave we wake up to find our AC unit is on (fan blowing outside) but no air circulation inside. I check the outside unit and notice the line is frozen! The first HVAC company I called said they could have someone out in 4-5 days, we would’ve melted by then! I look up Ohio City H&C and get Ritchie. I explain to him my problem and also that I we have a young daughter so I really need to get this looked at. He says he’s actually in the neighborhood and could check it out. Ritchie found the problem quickly (motor went out) and was able to save my family and I from a disaster within our first month in our new home. Very reasonably priced and easily the most down to earth great person you’ll have as a repairman, guaranteed! I will be using Ritchie for all our future HVAC services! He’s one of a kind!

Are you too hot? Are you to cold? Don't be stupid and call the Heat and Cold Misers at Ohio City Heating and Cooling. With the fast response and work to be done at any hours that work for you. This will not be the year with out Air or heart. You'll have to be crazy not to call. Hurry and call.

Richie saved the day for me when my A/C suddenly stopped working. I gave him a call the morning it stopped working and he had it working again within 2 hours for a very reasonable price. He was quick, friendly, and professional and made what could have been a total crisis for me into something that was no biggie. Very grateful for him!
