I was fortunate enough to have Brandon as an AC technician when my AC wasn’t working the way I needed it to. My apartment company had a deal with Grindstone and I’m relieved that they did. Brandon was quick, efficient and kind throughout the whole process. He was obviously very knowledgeable about his field and did more than just the job. He took the time to explain and educate as well. If you want a company that’ll tell you how it is and get the job done I’d highly recommend Grindstone!

Had work done in wintertime and $7000 later, a pipe that they installed started gushing out water. Was told to call back in sept to have them come look at it since summertime just arrived, They removed a pressure valve and just replaced it copper piping, along with the new piping before and after. Now that it’s gushing water they won’t stand behind their work come fix it. Horrible company, would not recommend.

The service that I received from this company was excellent my warranty company IGS sent them out to me for repairs to my furnace a few months ago, I ended up having to replace it and GRINDSTONE did an excellent job on the installation and clean up. Today they came out to repair my A/C unit and the gentleman that came did an excellent job as well got me up and running in no time I would differently recommend this company. Thank you guys for great service

I have two furnaces and air conditioners. One is a Carrier and the other is a Trane. I was having an issue with both systems at the very beginning of spring. I went to Google and searched air conditioning repair near me. Grindstone mechanical was a local company that had good reviews. So I called. They were polite and friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The service technician was amazing. He identified the problems I was having with both units quickly. The first problem was my fault. I needed to replace my filter which was clogged, oops. The second issue was a bad compressor. I decided to replace the Carrier air conditioner. They provided me with a quote. I accepted the quote. The price of the install was very reasonable. They were in and out in one day. The work looks great. The installers were clean and careful. My air conditioning works great again! I would recommend Grindstone Mechanical to anyone for any HVAC repair or install services! Great job!

I was very happy and pleased to have Grindstone Mechanical service my HVAC. I had a micro leak and Joe Griff went above and beyond to find it and fix it so my family can stay cool with the upcoming heat wave. Joe Griff is very professional and a super nice gentleman. Can't say enough great things about this company so far, will definitely be calling again for future repairs. Alex came exactly on time and was very professional a personable the whole time he was fixing our furnace. He was very knowledgeable about the whole furnace unit and walked me through the different parts and how they function. Diagnosed and fixed in a timely matter too! Alex was great!

Great company, Brandon Clark installed my new furnace and I could not be happier, that guy is an ALL STAR, very professional, personable and an all around good dude, he is an asset to your great company. If i ever have another HVAC issue these a the folks I'm calling!!!

This company is by far the best home contractor I have ever hired bar none. Their work, pricing and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. They were prompt for all appointments and made me feel at ease with the entire process from quotation thru to installation. I needed to have a working out of date central air system replace for my home and could not be happier with the outcome and performance of the new system. I believe in treating people how you want to be treated and Grindstone Mechanical impressed me so much that I had to write this review.

Alex and James installed a new AC unit in my 824 sq. apartment, and I must say it was an enjoyable experience.They allowed me to ask questions about how the unit worked and what I should expect. They Point being is that they were generally happy to explain the process and functionality of the AC unit...what can I say I like to know how things work.
Anyways, the next day I had to call Grindstone because the AC unit was making way too much noise as it sounded like a rocket took off consistently throughout the day. Without hesitation Alex came back over later in the day with a smile on his face and fixed my issue with the noise. Alex was happy to make me happy, those are the type of people we need more of in this crazy world.
I recommend Grindstone Mechanical because they care that the job gets done with quality and satisfaction from the client (also ask for Alex and James too).
