    We have used Allied Services since moving into our new home two years ago. They installed our original HVAC system, mini-split unit, and the cooling system for our wine vault. We have always been pleased with their service and professionalism. Allied Services' service tech Chris L has serviced our units several times and did so again today. He was on time, answered my questions, and did a fine job performing our scheduled maintenance. Also, they always call ahead of time and let you know that they are on the way. I highly recommend them for HVAC and related services.

    Spent $9K on a new HVAC system in October of 2018. The following May, they had to come back and put in more refrigerant at no charge. 2 years after that, in May of 2021, they had to come out again and refill the refrigerant. No charge for that either as it's still under warranty. Then I got a call from the office assistant asking the schedule a leak search since my A/C obviously was faulty. Even though it's still under warranty they want me to pay $250 for the leak search and then pay the hourly rate when they come back to fix whatever the issue is because Carrier (the manufacturer) doesn't pay them for anything but the replacement part. I asked to speak to someone else and was told the owner would get in touch with me shortly. It's been over a year now and no call back. And guess what, my A/C is out of refrigerant again.

    They use their warranties and a way to bilk more money from their customers by way of service calls. Whats the point of a warranty of the company that sells the equipment won't stand behind it.
