I have needed services several times and Jim has always been very nice, professional, honest and prompt. Even on a day when it is -35 degrees with windchill he came out and fixed my thermostat within less than an hour of calling him. I will continue to recommend and use his services!!!

Our furnace was not working on Monday night when we came upstairs. We replaced the batteries in the thermostat and reset it and it kicked on and worked. We were still worried about the cold front this weekend so I called and asked Jim if he had any availability. He was on time and checked the furnace and did some general maintenance on the furnace. He advised me to get a new thermostat and as I was looking on Amazon he told me to check the electric service provider website as they may have a deal. Saved me about $125 bucks using their site with the rebate. Will definitely use again.

Jim went above and beyond to fit us into his schedule as our A/C was out.. Estimates were clear and fair emailed me same day I called after coming for free estimate same day.
Gave me all options no pressure and we had a compressor replaced with upgrade. Cleaned coils and educated me on the system.
Jim arrived promptly as scheduled next day! Service as promised even though it rained hard today. I was ready for his cancellation and reschedule but he got right on the job and even trimmed back a bush impeding airflow.

Jim from Dependable Heating and Air is the absolute best! When Trane said it would be weeks before they could come repair my heat pump, Jim was there the very same day in 90 degree heat and had things fixed that afternoon. If you're looking for the best in heating and air, you've got the most 'Dependable' guys right here! Would 100% recommend.

Before calling Jim at Dependable, i called a big name company and had to wait 10 days. I waited and they came out, said my system was low, said i would need a new coil, and gave me the options. I chose to have it recharged. After $330, it still wasn't cooling. I looked for a local independent guy instead. Jim came our the same day, cleaned my AC unit, had me replace my filters, and recharged my system AGAIN! Low and behold, it started cooling! I know my system has a leak bur he did what the big company couldn't do - got my house cooling again. I gave him more than he charged since he came out so quick. I wish i had called him first.

Jim was awesome! I previously called Logan Services and they tried to sell me a new system for $8-10k. I then called and made an appointment with Jim. He came out the next day and fixed my AC unit for $158. He’s friendly, honest, and very reasonable.

The owner of dependable heating and air was the one who came to take a look at our air conditioner. He did a great job and you could just tell that he was a very honest man. He talked to us for a long time about what could possibly be going on. He was incredibly honest, he showed up on time, he was so nice, I would recommend his services, and we will be using him for our future HVAC needs!

We have used this company three times for emergency repairs. The owner respond very quickly and was able to fix our problem the same day all three times. I feel that the charge was very reasonable. We will never use any other company for our HVAC needs.
