Had a new Ducane furnace and a/c unit installed. The quality of work was amazing! I was well informed throughout the process and scheduling was very flexible. The work area was always kept neat and clean. Was always greeted with a friendly face. Will highly recommend!

I am very happy with the service that I received from Air Comfort. They were very professional. What I really loved is that he took the time to show me what was wrong with my unit and explained how it should be. I could see for myself the problem (as opposed to someone just telling me that I needed such-and-such done). He also took the time to patiently answer all my questions. Although most of my problems were due to a lack of maintenance on my part, he was able to make things right again. I even opted for their preventive maintenance plan to hopefully prevent such problems in the future. You could tell he knew his trade, which instilled confidence in his recommendations.

I want to thank Air Comfort Heating and Cooling for coming out to my house today. Our technician was able to quickly diagnose and fix the capacitor on our Trane unit. We were back up and running in no time! Will definitley use them from here on out. Pricing was fair, too!

In an emergency he will show up after hours, even in the worst kinds of weather. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what work needs to be done and has even given me some cost saving tips. I have complete confidence in his work.
