So the old furnace finally gave out and I shopped three HVAC companies in the Dayton area and got three estimates. When Chris from Allied came out to do the estimate I knew Allied was the right choice because of the competitive pricing, top quality products, and of course the professionalism and knowledge that Chris displayed. The atmosphere of customer service is set apart and miles ahead. I made my decision right away to go with Allied for the new system and within no time was back into a heated house!
The installation techs were also very knowledgeable and took time to explain the system and make sure I was satisfied with everything. Chris then came back to the house after everything was finished to explain the ultra techy Lennox system with its giant LED thermostat that will do everything besides make me coffee as I walk out the door in the morning, and really, it might even do that? All of the financial, service, and maintainence portions were made very clear, and I feel confident knowing the system is literally in contact over internet with Allied should anything go wrong in the future. I couldn't be more happy with the whole process and the people of Allied. I highly recommend them!
Our AC died, which then required a furnace swap. We decided to go from fuel oil to natural gas and had to have gas lines ran, on top of the new AC unit and furnace installation. Everyone who came out was very courteous and professional, they explained the whole process and walked us through everything they had to do. Every time they came to complete a step they worked very efficiently and always cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family. The company first gave me some tips to try to assess/correct the problem myself. When I was unable to fix the issue, the company sent someone out in a timely manner. The repairman (Chris) was courteous. He was able to find to issue in a reasonable amount of time. It ended up being a bad circuit board. Since my furnace was only 4 years old, he checked to see if there was a warranty - there was. I was charged only for the labor and the diagnostic fee (I feel like the diagnostic fee should've have counted towards the overall labor cost, but oh well). Overall good, clean, fast service. Thanks.

It’s been my experience that from the start of a job until they finish, you are at the center of their work. They encourage communications; they don’t make you feel like your concerns are an interruption. They work with you to find a time that fits into your busy schedule, and they stay on top of the communications. If you want to be the first stop, then they will work with you to ensure that you are, and the office calls to let you know that they are on their way to your place. They keep their word about appointments. There are no surprises either. They verbally tell you what they observed about your unit, they write it down clearly, and they leave you a copy. I never felt pressured to purchase anything.
The staff is consistent, I recognize the service repair personnel. They are professional and knowledge, and they don’t overstep any boundaries. They follow-up with what they say they will do. If they don’t know an answer to a question they will make a note of it and the office follows-up with your inquiry.
I was very pleased to learn that the marketing person was once a service repair technician, the point is that they have qualified folks on the job. When you call for service, you are likely to talk to Penny. I’ve never met her, but she’s so personable that it feels like we have met. She’s a professional. For these reasons, I can, without hesitation, recommend Allied Services to my family.
Great service and a great company to work with. We had an electric malfunction with our old heater and as a result, ended up putting a new Carrier heater and A/C unit in. Of course, this had to happen during the coldest time of the winter, but these guys had the new furnace in and operating the next day. Just to make it complete, we had the furnace ducts cleaned by them too. We are very satisfied with the work that was done by them. I would highly recommend them for service work, replacements, upgrades, and duct cleaning.
Called on a Saturday afternoon and they had a service technician (Chad) out within a few hours. He immediately diagnosed the issue we were having with our AC unit and had it blowing cold air in 10 minutes. Unlike other companies (Logan Heating and Air), he didn't try to sell me a new system - just simply fixed the issue. Price was what i expected for a Saturday evening service call. Honest company and fair price.

We discovered our furnace wasn't running at about 10:30 PM on a cold blustery Friday night. Called Allied, and within 45 minutes Chris was at our home, and had our furnace repaired by 11:30. Thanks Chris. Thanks Allied. Excellent service.
I have been with Allied Services for 27 years and recently replaced 2 old (Freon) Carrier heating A/C systems with new (Puron) Carrier systems. The old systems were still working, but Freon is being phased-out.
Richard provided the quote ensuring that the units were correctly sized to do the job of heating and cooling. The installation was performed by experienced technicians who were knowledgeable, friendly, on-time and kept the house clean.
One of the systems replaced was in an attic with very little head room to work. They removed the old and installed the new system in a challenging and difficult work environment.
I had an excellent experience with allied. They were prompt in arriving, and Seth, took the time to tell me about my furnace. Everyone I've dealt with has been kind and honest and the charge was a fair price.
