The gentleman arrived during the time frame that was quoted to me when I made the appointment. He did the required maintenance and answered the questions that I had. I was pleased with the service.

I am a property manager of a large church in Chicago. Chicago, you ask? Why is someone from Chicago giving feedback for a contractor in Cincinnati?

I manage a large Mitsubishi 48 ton VRF system at a 90 year old church. We had a brand new system installed in 2015. While we were researching the equipment, before installation, I asked Mitsubishi for some recommended contractors who have installed similar systems in other churches. There was nobody local at the time. Without hesitation, they pointed me to Reupert HVAC. So I contacted them and asked if I could see a commercial system or two they've installed. I got in touch with Joe and he graciously welcomed me to come and visit.

So I traveled to Cincinnati to meet Joe. He took the day off - he literally set his entire day aside to drive me around and show me several systems that he and his guys installed. He also took to me to the training center in Hebron. (Joe's a legend there! BTW, I learned Reupert HVAC installs the equipment at Mitsubishi's training center. They hire them to do this. That says a lot right there.) So I headed back to Chicago and we decided to move forward with the Mitsubishi system.

Fast forward about 3 years after installation, I started having issues with ice build up during defrost cycle on our outdoor systems (Chicago has very cold, humid winters). Long story short I desperately needed base pan heaters to be installed. Turns out my local installer had never installed them before. I called Joe and asked for some advice. Joe invited me back to Cincinnati to meet with him. Joe, again, set his day aside to meet with me and give me a crash course on base pan heaters.
He took me to some more job sites. He introduced me to Reupert's top tech on Mitsubishi equipment. Between the two of them, they gave me a lot of good advice, suggestions and tips on how to install these base pan heaters myself. Joe even secured the base pan heaters for me through his distributor, so I picked them up in Cincinnati and drove them back to Chicago and I just finished installing them.

Bottom line: You know when you meet someone, and you can tell right away they are an honest, genuine and respectable person? That's how I felt with Joe. He wen't above and beyond what most people would have done. He had nothing to gain helping me. He didn't charge me anything. And I know he's busy. But he never acted like spending time with me or helping me was a chore or burden. Neither did his employees. They were happy to meet me and talk with me. I learned several of the employees have worked there for over a decade - that speaks volumes.

If Reupert HVAC cares for their customers in the same way they cared for me (and I have every reason to believe they do), then I strongly recommend going with Reupert for your HVAC needs. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

In a time of need, I could not have been more satisfied with the entire process, to include all of the people that I came into contact with. They were attentive, caring and kept us in the loop with what was going on from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Reupert Heating and Air Conditioning to others! Great job!

The heating at my house was not working properly and it was not reaching the temperature set in the Thermostat.The heater stopped after sometime and the temperature in the house was going down. I had called them 3 times now and each time the technicians came and fixed something and went back, Still the issue is not fixed and I had called them for the 4th time and waiting to see what will happen next and 2 times they charged me for a problem they never fixed in the first place.
