Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning

Scott and Jamie were great! They installed a new AC and furnace with a new thermostat. The whole process took about 2 days and they kept me up to speed on what they were doing throughout. I also had a rusted out pipe in my basement that leaked from condensation that they fixed! All in all I've very happy with my experience.

My AC went out at the end of the summer, and had to pull in quotes for a replacement AC and furnace system. I contacted many places for quotes, which almost all companies wanted to spend an hour or more on site to literally open a binder or write down a generic price for their installation. This included a few questionable quotes that were missing parts or had issues like wanting to reuse the copper linesets or drop from a 10 to 1 year warranty.

I ended up expanding my search and realized I overlooked Reupert who operates slightly more on the west side of Cincinnati, but I was still within their service range. At this time I knew the furnace model and AC unit outside and wanted to get down to a price for an installation. I ended up speaking with Joe Reupert directly who formed a quote and emailed it over same day. Very knowledgeable on the hardware, got directly down to business and sent me a great quote. Everyone was in the same ballpark, although Reupert included in the same price full a new drop and takeoff duct assembly they made in house. Massive airflow improvement!

Installation went smoothly and was handled in a top notch manner. Installer was friendly and answered questions along the way. Even with a bunch of work we were wrapped up on the second day. I'd have no problem recommending Reupert to friends and neighbors in the area. I will definitely use them for servicing the system in the future.

Reupert has been very responsive and performed good service over the last few years that I have done business with them. Although they have been responsive to service calls, they have failed to respond to warranty concerns and stand behind the equipment that they installed. I had new equipment installed in July of 2018. That system failed to provide adequate cooling through the next cooling season. The service call was submitted to Reupert at month 13 or 14 of the new install date. I had conversation with Reupert regarding the fact that the new equipment was leaking from the factory or the install was not proper. This was acknowledged and I was told that first we need to fix the issue and we'll deal with the warranty later. Later never came. Every year since, Ruepert has given a similar answer. They are willing to come add refrigerant to my new system at my expense and say that someone will contact me regarding the leak in the system. Ownership brushed this off again last year. Last year they did actually provide a free service call, but failed to address during the months when the equipment was not in use. Ownership brushed it off again this year at the end of winter. I'm still waiting on the a call on Monday that dates back to March '23. Seems to be the go to answer. I'll get back to you on Monday was the same response 3 weeks ago. Until then we are in another cooling season with failed equipment and lack of attention from Reupert.

I'm not an online company basher. I don't feel an online review is a place to voice any single issue unless there is a pattern or a disregard to correct. This has just been ignored for way too long!!

Ray did a great job on our annual A/C service and clean. Explained everything he was doing. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Ray found a few things wrong worn out on my eight year old air conditioner and he explained everything thoroughly and replaced it as far as I can tell perfectly!
Ray is a warm and friendly and professional. great guy! I’d love to have him back the next time!

Our church's Education wing did not have any heat. I called Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning for repair work and they showed up the same day and got the heat back on. The service man was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with the work performed by Reupert's and would definitely recommend them!
