The work they performed was done very well and the technician was very professional. He answered all my questions. We are totally satisfied with the work done and the price we paid. Fantastic Experience From Start To Finish ! We'd originally contacted a different company, which we have used for many years, and which we have always been very happy with - unfortunately, having read the reviews on the brand/equipment they wanted to install, we decided to take a look at Reupert: we had a quote and an install date within a week!

We now have a new system, complete with humidifier, air purifier and UV light on our 1st floor; and a new ductless system on the 3rd floor, which we just converted from unused attic space.

As with any older home from the 1920s, there were a few challenges, primarily related to getting the equipment up to the 3rd floor, as well as running the line-set and power out through the slate roof; Reupert coordinated that with our roofing company remarkably well.

It was a pleasure having Reupert in our home; they were professional and courteous in their behavior towards the other trades currently working in the house - and we most especially appreciated their kindness towards our goldendoodle!
