I love the technicians, they're always on time and knowledgable. Which is why I use them, but if it was solely based on the office staff I'd take my business elsewhere.
They had me apply for financing, which I received but then couldn't use because it was a rental property. So I now have a 8k account that I cant use. Then they send receipts and mail to the rental properties instead of ther company. Smh

Our heat went out and they came that morning and got it working long enough for us to have them put in a new system. Our old system was over 20 years old and was never as efficient as the new one.
