They were extremely professional and on time! Got my furnace/ heat pump up and running very fast! I will be calling them if i ever have more issues!

Cannon returned our call at 9pm after we found out we were leaking gas through our heat exchanger. He gave me every option available and we decided on a entire home unit (furnace and heat pump). He ordered, scheduled and installed everything in less than a week. Once installed he took time to explain everything he did and how to efficiently operate the system. Thanks guys for everything

Chillicothe Comfort Specialists upgraded our existing electric unit to a new larger propane unit. They upgraded our AC unit as well. While they were there, they also fixed some not so great work done by another contractor. The team was quick, professional and provided quality work. I’ve dealt with many service companies over the years and I can honestly say Chillicothe Comfort is the best. Responded quickly to our service request, quoted a fair price and installed our new system without a hitch. The guys working here are excellent. Very professional and efficient. Had a leak in my heat pump they initially came out and fixed it and recharged my system. Worked well until the system leaked elsewhere. These guys came right back out and I decided after talking with them to replace the heat pump and air handler. They came out the following week when they got the stuff and we’re right on time and we’re in and out in a few hours. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

These guys was able to get me in the next day. They was able to fix the problem immediately and knew what the cause of the problem was before even verifying it by troubleshooting. Fixed it and was done quickly. Furnace works perfectly and best pricing I found in the area. Highly recommend and will use next time I need hvac work.

I can't be anymore pleased with these guys. I've had 4 other companies out that charged me, didn't fix my issue, charged me for parts. These guys showed up, found out my unit is under warranty. Saved me tons of money. They showed up on time. Charged fair prices. Are local and honest. I wanted to give the guy a hug but thought that might be awkward.
