They came and inspected my old system. I knew it was going out. They gave me a very reasonable estimate based on a couple of options. I made my choice and within a week I had the new system installed in one day. They cleaned up everything before they left. It was like they were never here except I have a great new furnace and air-conditioner. I can definitely tell a big difference. The house even smells better with the old furnace gone or I guess I should say you don't smell anything. Couldn't be happier. I would definitely call again.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to Chillicothe Comfort Specialists for doing a fantastic job installing our new mini split air conditioning units in the 2nd and 3rd floors of our home. As many of you are well aware, we love our old house!! That said, one downside to this old house is that we have no ductwork and have had no central cooling for the last 8 years. Chillicothe Comfort Specialists took excellent care of our home and were very professional! If you have any HVAC needs I can honestly tell you these guys are top shelf! Highly recommended!
