They came to our home to do a quote for new furnace and central air unit literally didn't listen to what we wanted. I don't know if the gentleman who came out didn't want our business but he did not give us a quote for what we asked for. He quoted us over $22,000 for a new furnace and central air unit that is with the ductwork being already done. He was supposed to quote us for three different options and he didn't. What a waste of time.

Just received our yearly preventative maintenance service on our Mitsubishi units and propane units today with Riley Dowler. We are very pleased with the professional and meticulous service we have had again this year and every year since our installation.

I literally told the tech exactly what was wrong with my boiler and what needed to be done. Instead he said my plumbing or the boiler itself was the problem and left. The next day I bought supplies and did the work myself. What a waste of time and money.

We've used New Comfort for the past three years and are very impressed. Highly responsive and highly trained. They don't nickle & dime you, but do excellent work for great price. Recently moved to a new home and had the option to select a new AC maintenance firm. But, elected to stick with the tried and true, although my new house is a little out of their way. I highly recommend New Comfort!

We continue to have a great working relationship with New Comfort. Staff are extremely professional and very helpful. They go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Their rates are reasonable, given the scope of work that we requested that they do. They did a complete furnace removal and replacement, installing a heating system in our vintage Indiana home that works exceptionally well. We could not be more pleased with this company, their staff and their work. Highly recommended.

The morning after Christmas, carbon monoxide detector was going off in the basement. Fire department came out and we had to evacuate. Riley from New Comfort came out and quickly diagnosed and replaced the blocked condensate drain line which was causing water to backup, cause a blockage in the exhaust pipe, causing carbon monoxide to enter my home. I had not scheduled a furnace maintenance call for over 5 years! This could have been disastrous for my family...all to save a few bucks. Lesson learned. People, whether you go through New Comfort or some other HVAC company, schedule that annual maintenance visit!

Highly Recommend New Comfort, office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, Mike our tech was top notch and knew his industry well. Please give these guys your business.. Trust me I had already paid another local company to complete a service call at twice the cost only to find out a few days later we still had the same problem they said they fixed.. This is when I found New Comfort.. Happy Customer right here.

All the service techs that came out to work on the furnace and hot water tank were fantastic. Parts were replaced very professional and techs were very knowledgeable. Office was great - especially Tara she kept me informed of all that was going on. Highly recommended.

Had to have them out to clean up some awful work done by another company. $88 diagnosis and some tweaking didn't fix it. Next call still didn't fix it but the tech was obsessed with solving it. Unfortunately the price went from $140 an hour to $196 an hour. They diagnosed a pump being bad, it wasn't but they blamed Weilmclain for the diagnosis. Charge $691 for 3 hours work replacing a good pump. You can pay them $200 to join a club where you'll only be moderately overcharged.

HORRIBLE !!!! Do NOT use these people, they will lie to you.
told us the new system we had installed was low on coolant and charged us for putting it in then came back a year later for maintenance service which they told us we had to do for the warranty and said we were low on coolant again, couldnt find a leak but charged us again, called another hvac company that informed us the warranty was parts and labor and we should have never paid the first bill never mind the second plus their maintenance service was not needed for the warranty. NEVER CALL THESE GUYS
