The entire process was very friendly and well informed. I spoke with Jerry and Kathy over the phone , they were both very friendly and helpful. The installation of our water tank was in a timely fashion and the gentleman ,Cody, who installed it was extremely knowledgeable and polite throughout the entire process, he explained everything to detail and cleaned after the job was finished. I was very pleased with the service all the way through!

I thought my furnace went out because it was blowing cold air. I changed the batteries in the thermostat still was blowing cold air. So I placed a call to my favorite company they got me on the schedule for today, but then the heat clicked back on so I had to cancel. But I love this company there the Best !!!!

The plumber called me the next day and didn't leave a message. I suspect he, she, it, them/they didn't want a weekend job. Then Monday morning, an unpleasant woman named Kristen or Christie called me and woke me up first thing in the morning and accused me of not setting up my voicemail. I've had the same phone for over 2 years, and have had voicemail for 2 years. It is set up, and was not full. So glad I decided not to use this company. I don't appreciate being woken up in the morning by a nasty grouchy woman who throws around accusations about my voicemail. Is that the best secretary your company can find? My advice PASS. There are plenty of other plumbing companies who hopefully have better secretaries and customer service.

Good communication with My Guys, on time estimate & arrival. Nice, good plumber & plumber's assistant. Skills good, finished on-time. Our job was tricky and they had to change course mid-stream. They recuperated quickly with new plan. Pricey, but for the job they had to do, we understand.

My Guys is such a great company. Always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The peace of mind we get from our bi-annual check ups is invaluable. Can't recommend them enough!

Jerry and his team are exactly the type of experts you hope to have service your home. I recently purchased an old century duplex and was expecting to just have to winterize my furnaces. However, Jerry was honest in his assessment and it turned out that the supply ducts and fluliners were doing more damage to the furnace and chimney than good. His pricing was affordable and his team was prompt in their arrival, the service was exceptional and their cleanup was fantastic. Going forward I will continue to use their services and I would strongly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Eric was prompt, courteous, thorough and very professional. Chris, in the office , was very personable and let us know when the technician was on his way. We are very pleased and will definitely use them for all our HVAC needs.
