Installed a hot water tank in 2010. Had to replace the gas valve in 2013. $262. OK now it's 2019 and the valve cost $600 to replace on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Avg cost is $300 to $500. I will not call them again .

Prior to his visit offered suggestions to fix the problem before they came out. Used and respected all covid19 protocol. Concerned with customer safety and awareness of furnace problems. Courteous and friendly.

I call My Guys when I want a good product installed correctly. They are professional and on time. Chris is excellent at scheduling and communication!

The person who came answered our questions. Even talked to our warranty company. He was careful in his explaining. And made arrangements for us to get quotes when the problem was worse then expected.

We had our old broken water heater replaced with tankless one. They were awesome got old one out and new one in and clean up after. Really love working with them

The two young men that came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was given an estimate that was $200 to $400 over the range that the work eventually was done for from another plumber.

They arrived when they said they would and worked straight through until the job was complete replacing my duct work. The job was performed in a polite but business like manner adhering to the specifications they set out in the estimate that was provided.

Toilet was clogged and plunging it was not enough! I called late morning and he came midafternoon and augered it out quick! Fast safe great service! Will definitely return !

They never figure out what was leaking in my bedroom to get it fix. And they charge me $39.00 for Diag/Trip Charge plus $259.86 just to replace valve for sprinkler system in the basement with a half inch valve. Total was $298.86 and my basement is still leaking from one of my bathrooms and they don't know where it coming from.
