Julio and his team are great! They were prompt, courteous, and really knowledgeable about the issue we were having with our air conditioning. A quick service call and we were back to chilling out on a hot summer day!

I recently had my hvac system replaced and I never thought that having this system replaced would be a experience. Julio was the most professional technician I have ever had in my house. He walked me through everything he did and thoroughly explained on how to work everything. And after he was done he left the area he worked in cleaner than it was when he got here. D’Palma was courteous, prompt, comprehensive, competent as all get out but most importantly- HONEST and compassionate for the consumer. He came to install a new circuit board on my broken Trane furnace on day 4 without heat, at 7pm, on his wife’s birthday no less, because he knew I was without heat and have a 20 month old daughter. I entrusted him with my time, home and precious few dollars and he did not disappoint. If you are looking to circumvent the system by avoiding big name companies that yank you, but get parallel quality, go with J. D’ Palma! More personalized and individualized care and attention than any of the others can offer. Not to mention, why would you not support a superb, Italian business owner? 🇮🇹
