This company is so awesome! They came to my apartment and installed a new HVAC replaced an ancient system. Truly I can’t thank them enough for their tenacity to get the job done and done with excellence!

From helping us to navigate through our home warranty process, discussing our options with us, choosing the best units for our home, to quick and speedy installation, we were beyond satisfied from start to finish. My mom made an appointment with her this company through her home warranty plan. They were suppose to show up yesterday 6/3/2021 between 3-8.. Nobody showed up or called to cancel. My mom tried calling and so did choice home warranty and nobody ever answered the phone. Based on the positive reviews I had high expectations for this company...yet as today 6/4/2021 st 10:14 am nobody has heard from this company

JD came out and inspected our system on March 10. We were told what part was needed to finish the repair. He said he would contact the manufacturer and get the part ordered. After not getting any confirmation that the part was ordered, we stepped in and contacted the manufacturer on our end and got the needed part ordered and paid for. We reached back out to JD to set an appointment to finish the repair, but he was on vacation. We waited a week and called back, being told someone would be out Wednesday May 4 to do the job. No one showed, no one called. Took all day to get JD to answer the phone, to be told he would call us back in 20 minutes. NO CALL BACK. No answers or replies to our voicemails the next day. Friday morning he gave a bunch of excuses about a "new phone". Said he would reach out to someone and call me back. Late Friday evening, he text saying "Josh" would call us on Saturday. No call all weekend and as of Monday the 9th, no one is responding to texts or calls and my system is still down.

My A/C went out and wasn't sure who to call to have it replaced. I was referred by a family member who had a great experience with Palma Heating & Air. Julio and Scott were very professional and explained everything and gave me options that fit what I needed. Great price and great service. I will definitely tell family and friends in need of HVAC service.

I had a 50 year old forced air system that owed me nothing and stopped working. After 2 attempts to nurse it through another winter, I made the choice to select Palma Heating and Air on the advice of a family member who had used them previously with great success. Scott and Julio put in the best quality system at the quoted price, showed up on time and completed the job as promised. Total professionalism from start to finish. I plan on calling them back for regular maintenance prior to every heating and cooling season. Extremely satisfying customer experience.

Could not be happier with the service I received. My central air needed to be replaced. JD and Scott were very professional and very knowledgeable. Not only were they installing a new AC for me they were doing it in the pouring rain!

They answered questions I had. They were more than happy to not only tell me what they were doing but also tell me why they were doing it. Once the job was finished they've made sure they cleaned everything up leaving no sign that they were even here (except the very nice air conditioning unit)

I could not be happier with the service Palma heating & air provided for me today not only did I get the best deal around but the service exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on your heating or air needs!

Julio and his crew have always taken great care of me. I have called him numerous times and he has always been quick to respond, courteous, and professional! He makes sure things are right. He is my go to guy for HVAC.
