Came to get my on my 2000 thermo king fixed . My reefer was dead and the technician found the problem right away and was out in a descent time. Great work to the technicians there. Definitely recommend. Thanks again for getting me on the road again.

Outstanding service. Awesome service writer’s and tech’s. My APU was not working correctly. I called the day b4 and was told to come in. The tech got right on my truck and everything was repaired within a hour. Again excellent service all around. Also I could bring my dog into the driver’s lounge. I will be back for all further service on my APU.

Stay away from this place they try to replace parts don’t need to be replaced they told me a sensor and fuel pump was bad they didn’t have the sensor so I move on to different place when to Omaha thermo king and they told me was nothing wrong with sensor only the fuel pump so that place was willing to replace sense the cost 360 plus’s labor wich didn’t need it that feel like scam that was really mess up

Not at all good service.
I went to their location because my trailer reefer was showing alarm 10&84, these guys just change the fuse F25 and told you are good to go but after 3 hours my reefer was having same problem and I took my reefer to another thermoking, where the mechanic told me that the guy who repaired the reefer before must be lazy as the actual problem was with SOLENOID..

Awesome service! I rolled in at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and they had me in a bay and were working on my APU in less than 15 minutes. They took my bunk heater apart, cleaned it thoroughly, replaced some parts and had me rolling again (and warm) in about 2 hrs.....all for $245!!

This is a great Thermo King. Took the truck in on 6/14/2021 for the ac not working on the Tripac. They found a bad fuse and got it running. That night it stopped running again. Was nice out so didn’t need the ac. Called them first thing in the morning on 6/15/2021 and they got me right in. They didn’t charge me for a return trip to the shop. Got me right in both times and stayed in contact with me to let me know what was wrong and what we had to do to fix it. Amazing place to have the truck tripac fixed.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Got my Tripack APU diagnosed and repaired in astonishing time. Under 2hrs of me randomly showing up and asking. Well with the time and money here

Asked for APU to repaired and running when I left.worked for two days contacted them and they said get in shop contact them but haven't been able to get to a shop yet but these folks are good to their word and work and if I get back to Fargo I would surely use their services again
