    James a Reedys service tech came out to service my heat, which needed primed because I had recently ran out of oil. He is a professional and knows exactly what he is doing. He has serviced my air conditioning before and did a wonderful job. Such an honest hard working man. I would recommend him to anyone who needed their air or heat serviced!! Thank you James for all your help!

    I would 100% NOT recommend this company. One of the guys who came to my house and installed my unit was rude to me. I had to call the office a couple times and did good to get a return call. Over a month later they had to come back out because my vents needed fixing. (Which my landlord told me she asked them if they needed to go under the house and check anything. They told her no.) Jonathan Keener comes out to do the vents. Not once did he bother to knock on my door and tell he was there. When he was done for the day he didn't bother to tell myself or my husband he was finished. Plus he left trash in my yard. He came back this past Saturday. Again he didn't bother to tell me he was there. He and his son both saw me yet never acknowledged me. They didn't tell me why they were there. When they were done they didn't bother to tell us again or what they had done. This time they filled my trashcan with their trash.(I've never seen a company that didn't take their trash with them when they left.)They could have asked if that was ok since my husband and I were both home. They also couldn't be bothered to put things back up under the house that they took out. VERY rude and unprofessional company.

    I needed AC service on a Saturday and the technician was at my house at EXACTLY the time he said he would be there. My 25 year old unit needed a bit of work and the technician could have easily convinced me that I needed a new unit, which I do. He fixed it and said he would try to get another year out of it for me. He got it working for 10% of the cost of a new unit on a Saturday afternoon! He also showed me how to change the filter on my other unit in the attic, which was rather complicated. He did not try to sell me on a new unit but asked that we consider Reedys' when it came time to install it. You bet I will! I now know who I will call for all my HVAC needs! Reedys' has great people which is a direct reflection on a great company. Thank you!

    Delightfully, pleasantly surprised!
    Johnathan R., an HVAC engineer, came to my home, December of 2018, to give me an estimate on a total, HVAC system replacement.
    His customer service skills were exceptional and his knowledge concerning his field, in my opinion, was expertly demonstrated.
    When he completed his assessment, he took time to explain to me in great detail the proper approach that needed to be taken to bring my current system up to date instead of a total replacement. I got an estimate, and a first-rate education concerning HVAC systems and how they operate.
    His honesty was refreshing because I was told it was going to cost over twenty, thousand, dollars, by another company to totally replace my system in order to sufficiently heat and cool my home.
    In this day and time honesty is lacking, but I commend Reedy's for employing an engineer who takes pride in what he does and is not out using scare tactics in order to to get the sell.

    We have known this company for well over 30 years. They put in all our AC/Heat units and all ductwork in 1986. Original heat pumps are still in use today. Original thermostats are working.

    Today I had them at my office for a complete new install of heat and air, and the quality and pleasant manner of the crew is as good today as it was in 1986!

    We converted our water heater, stove and clothes dryer to gas. Joe and Tommy were professional but friendly and we are very happy with the work done. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was the amount of time it took to complete the job. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving

    My mother-in-law had Reedy's install a new unit at her rental property. She said Jonathan was very nice and they did a great job. She said she would definitely recommend Reedys'.

    I was driving home from work one night when one of their vans nearly ran me off the road getting in front of me. I couldn't find a "hows my driving" sticker so this is me calling them out. I doubt that anything they were doing warranted driving like a lunatic, and from the other reviews I gather that they don't work in a professional manner, so I would suggest going to Logan or any other A/C company since they don't deserve your business.

    Avoid the headache. The technician was pleasant, the office staff leaves alot to be desired. Make sure that they clearly understand your needs completely. When you explain to them multiple times what you need (and 2 other companies do not have any problems when told exactly the same thing), make sure that the word ESTIMATE is clearly stated, maybe get it in email form so they will not say that you are a liar, (didn't say I was a liar, but speaking to her office mate sideways on the phone, then telling me that 2 people in her office told me there was a $105 fee due at the time of "service" aka estimate) which I could not agree to because I have to get 3 estimates for corporate before proceeding. I explained the situation clearly, multiple times and still even after telling me maybe the dispatcher misunderstood.....still charged. I sent the invoice in the first day I was made aware just to make them go away. Avoid the headache. Go elsewhere.

    After receiving several bids on having an HVAC system replaced, we chose Reedys' for the job. This was due in large part to their representative, Ryan Hutchens, making an effort to educate us on system options.

    By the way, we were very curious about a negative GOOGLE review and inquired. This was explained to our satisfaction and we decided to move forward.

    We can sincerely say that we have no regrets! The installers were conscientious, and respected our property. The supervisor did not move forward with any aesthetic considerations without our input. The quality of the job was very high and the follow-up diagnostic checks were thorough and very important in achieving the comfort level desired. We just knew that they were going to do anything in their power to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

    Thank you Reedys'… we are very satisfied!
