Our AC went out last week we had a company come itentify the problem and quote the repair. We called Reedy to quote the same exact repair after getting a bad feeling about the first company and Reedys quote came out over $1000 cheaper. They were were super honest, responsive, quick to schedule, and repaired the system with no issues. Everyone that helped coordinate and complete the repair was great to work with. Fantastic customer service - we will be using them for all of our HVAC work in the future!

Reedy's not only delivered the best estimate (by thousands of dollars), but we're on time, and very professional. We had the unfortunate luck of 2 units dying with one month. When they saw our newborn, they rush ordered a new unit and even brought a standup unit to place in his nursery so we didn't have to live somewhere else while we wait on the unit. They serviced our house for 30+ years before we even moved in (since my parents lived here before us). Very trustworthy, reliable and kind folks!

I highly recommend Reedys' Air Conditioning & Heating Service Inc. It was a pleasure working with a knowledgeable and professional team. My A/C conked out last night, "capacitor". A call to Reedys at 05:45 this morning resulted in a cool house by 9 am. The professionalism of the call center was maintained when Norris quickly came out to resolve the issue. Words fail to express my pleasure watching this pro do his work. Thanks to Norris and the Reedys team.

Second time with Reedys and had good experience. James arrived in time. The office even call to let us know 15 minutes before arrival. We have a 10 years old unit. Initially this was only a routine service but the technician recomended washing the unit. It was probably never washed. James took his time to make sure the unit was real clean, tested everything several times, installed everying back real nice, did not leave anyting behind. One can see that he is professional, polite and do take the work to his heart.
We will request him again.
First time, the fan from unit was broken right at the beggining of freezing days. We had our replacement and unit going the next day.

My experience with Reedy's heating&air was great!!! They scheduled the appointment and the technician came on time and repaired my unit. There were no surprise charges after the repair. I will use Reedy"s again if i have any heating or air conditioning issues.

Was told the tech would be here between 8 and 8:30 and he showed up at 8:30. Ended up really not having to do much. Invoice reads that he checked some things, but didn't have to recharge the unit. He was here 90 minutes, but judging by the amount of work that was done I don't think he had to be here that long. There was a small water leak that was our primary concern, he installed a $70 freeze stat and cleaned the drain line. That's it.

After that I was charged 2 hours labor. When I questioned it I was told they bill from the time he leaves his office, not the time he was actually here at the property. Time will tell if this will actually solve the water problem, however I am less than thrilled with their billing practices... $300 is a lot of money to say "There's not really any problems, this MIGHT be it, but we'll see.

This is my second positive experience with Reedy's and I wouldn't consider using anyone else for HVAC repair. Their customer service / dispatch was clear and helpful. I was able to schedule service and receive an accurate honest quote in minutes. The service technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. A new fan motor was installed the next morning on time and as quoted. The technician was friendly, efficient, and honest. He even topped off the coolant for free! I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Not sure how they compare with other companies on price but it's worth it for the excellent service.

Had a new system installed in a single wide. When the guys showed up to install the system I had my wife ask if they could check to see if they noticed any leaks in the duct while they were under the house anyway and he told her no, it wasn't in the work order. So I go under to find all the floor ducts had separated from the main duct. The landlord hires them again to repair. So with no word a couple guys show up on a Saturday morning, not even knocking to say hi or what they're doing, they just show up and start working under the house. The leave a few hours later, no word to us, leaving insulation and trash in my yard. Assuming they are finished, no, they show up again this Saturday, 2 weeks later, no word they're here or what they are doing, get to work. Finishing a few hours later, I go out and insulation left in my yard again, and my items I had stored under the house left outside. So I would not recommend. Very unprofessional and rude.

Fantastic company. Reedy's was able to complete a job and install a heat pump for a 3rd floor condo unit where all other companies in town said it couldn't be done. It was also very reasonably priced. Great customer service and had the job done in one day. 5 stars!!
