Drove over to the shop to see if they could help me out with some duct fabrication on a large dehumidifier. The lady at the office was very professional and nice, she directed me over to the shop to talk with the technicians about what I needed…….. with in 30 minutes they created what I wanted and better then I pictured it. Super professional company with very skilled technicians doing the job right. Highly recommend to use and price was more than fair in my opinion.

Piedmont Sheet Metal should definitely be your go to for Lennox (and probably any HVAC needs) in the area. I found them through Lennox's dealer list where they have great reviews. I'm glad I found them because they've been extremely professional and responsive since the beginning. Todd is a great sales rep and Karissa handled all the paperwork quickly.

Both installations went faster than I expected and the team that did them were great, respectful and answered all my questions.

PSM installed my heating system 6 years ago and from the very beginning their customer service has been amazing. The sales people worked with me to get the model I wanted, the installers were prompt and effective, everybody was always willing to answer my questions. In the years since the unit was installed it has needed routine service, and a few repairs (all under warranty). From when you call the office and actually speak to a real person immediately, to the friendly and efficient service people I have never been disappointed with the level of attention and care this company takes. I would highly recommend.

You should always get a price from these folks when you need AC work done. I have had good experiences for years for myself and my mom.

Very professional group of guys! They were at our house for a couple hours to install a new heating system. The heat works SO well now and they left no mess behind. During COVID times, my boyfriend and I were working from home and they were very respectful and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Reasonable prices for excellent work and the best customer service. They were able to come out within a week of receiving our down payment and installed everything in a day. We have an older home, but they were able to adapt the new system to the existing rigid duct work without a problem. The only issues we had we were with Piedmont Natural Gas when it came to getting gas service to the house for the new gas furnace. We waited nearly six weeks (getting close to winter) for Piedmont Natural Gas to run the gas line and meter to the house and they finally came out the day before Thanksgiving at 3:30 P.M. Even though Piedmont Sheet Metal closes at 5 P.M. (and was closed the next two days), I called and someone was at the house within 10 minutes to start the furnace and make sure everything was functioning properly. In short, I am incredibly happy with our new Lennox equipment and highly recommend Piedmont Sheet Metal because of their workmanship and customer service.

Quick response and friendly service!

I called after hours and left a message on the emergency line. My drain line had clogged up, and leaked water on my hardwood floors! About 30 mins later, I got a call back from the on call technician. They had never been out to my house before, so unfortunately he couldn't come that night, but assured me they would fit me in first thing next morning (Between 9 and 10), and even told me what I could do to help the situation through the night. The 2 gentlemen arrived to my house right at 9am sharp the next morning and got right to work. They were friendly to me and my dogs. :) When the drain line initially unclogged, the technician didn't have the towel there in time and it sprayed gunk everywhere. But no worries, we all laughed and they cleaned everything right up. They fixed everything quickly, and even checked my freon levels while here. Super helpful, friendly, and fast. Last, but not least, the cost was amazing. Much less than I expected! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First class all the way. I had a new lennox heat pump installed back in April. Their timeliness and communication was outstanding. David Cook handled the sale and took care of everything for us. The installers were efficient and friendly. They left my basement exactly as they found it and made sure everything was in good working order and that we understood the system before they left. The only issue we had was corrected in a timely fashion and in a manner that went above and beyond expectations. A+
