They came out the next day. Chased issues. Had to order part. Was going to take a few days including weekend. Boss man sent his guys to pick up some window units and install so my wife and I wouldnt melt. Came back and fixed the issue. Send messages when theyre en route which is a plus as opposed to most just saying they will show on a certain day. Keeps me from sitting around house waiting. 10/10 would recommend.

Very professional from beginning to end, I got reminder texts for the appt and update texts letting me know when someone was en route (real helpful for my scheduling). Hunter was very knowledgeable and professional. They were quick, got me working and let me know exactly what the problem was. The cost was very reasonable and payment was easy! Absolutely recommend!

Brent Harrod and his team are excellent. I bought an old home with an outdated HVAC system and as part of renovating, we finished our attic. I got several quotes for updating the HVAC system and expanding into our new addition. Harrod HVAC was the best value, but also offered the best options and solutions. I was concerned about the air quality with all the construction dust and it being older home, and Brent suggested whole house filters. He also went above and beyond with installing our hood range over our stove and moving our furnace location to be more functional in our attic. His team showed up on time, did a great a job, and were always super professional and polite. As a real estate professional, I recommend them out to all my clients who need HVAC work bc I know he does a great job.

Hunter was on time and completely professional! He listened to the problem, checked out both units, and was able to fix all issues (replacing the capacitor for the fan on one unit and thermostat on the other unit) in about an hour!!! I highly recommend this company; they replaced one unit a few years ago and we will use them to replace the other unit when it goes out. Thanks so much for providing efficient, polite repair work!!!
