The absolute best! Arrived early and had the unit working within 5 minutes. Scheduled service within a day. The technician was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Didn't overcharge for repair which is rare. Highly recommend them.

Everything about this works for me! They figured out what was wrong and put together a package that was right for us and went out of their way to get it done in a timely way in the summer heat. The system was for a renter of ours who was 7 months pregnant and just moving in to our rental. They went above and beyond to help us in a tough situation. Thank you Harrod!

Brent was extremely responsive to getting us set up for an appointment. They kept in communication to via text to confirm our appointment. The tech, Hunter, ended up being able to come earlier than scheduled so he called and asked if that was ok - it was! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and got us all fixed up. We’ve always had great experiences when using Harrod Heating and Air!

These guys were beyond awesome. Their competitor misdiagnosed the issue and wanted to replace the entire heat pump system for 8k, Harrod correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for 1k. Highly recommended.
