Had my first experience with Ashworth Heating and Cooling and I’m very impress. I must say the customer service (Amanda) was very nice! Don the repairman was very professional and explained everything to me about what was wrong with my HVAC system. Price was reasonable as well, better than the first place I called who wanted $189 just for the diagnostic alone. I will definitely be using them again.

Richard quickly found the problem with certain vents not working. He also showed us how to use the dampers if we needed that in the future and wanted to do it ourselves. I’m Had to call them out twice recently for 2 separate issues with our new house, and they fixed both issues quickly and professionally. Great service and high quality work.

I called Ashworth heating and cooling at 9:00 am because my heat pump was not cooling. They said someone could come out between 10a-1p. Richard was at my house at 10:30 and left at 11:30 with my house as cool as a cucumber! Richard was very courteous and explained all of our issues in a way that I could understand. The price was very fair. I will always call them for any future needs and routine maintenance! Thank you for being so dependable!!!

Had this company come out for summer maintenance at the recommendation of my neighbor. Great experience! Richard arrived right on time. Very courteous and respectful. I asked several questions and he thoroughly explained everything. Unlike many companies, he didn’t try to scam me for more money/services that weren’t needed. I don’t know much about HVAC units so it’s nice to know that someone actually has your best interest in mind when making recommendations. I will absolutely continue using this company for maintenance in the years to come.

Absolute best experience with a HVAC company that I’ve ever had. The technician that came out was on time, courteous, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was patient while answering my questions, communicated every step of the way, and went above and beyond what’s you’d expect. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know!!

Weird situation but I saw their truck in the FV parking lot and it had a ladder on top. And there was a kitten stuck in a tree. So I called the number and they contacted the guy. Sorry I didn’t catch his name but came and climbed the tree and got the kitten down!! The kitten ran away but I’m so happy at least it’s not stuck anymore! Amazing guy! Thanks again!!

Don and Mark did an excellent job replacing our 22 year old heatpump upstairs. They put down tarps to protect the carpet, added a vent that looks like it has been there forever, and balanced the air flow throughout. They meticulously cleaned up and offered an extremely competitive pricepoint. This is a family business you should definitely as a quality job is guaranteed! I recommend Ashworth's Heating and Cooling as your first choice!
