Branson is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and I feel he does his best to make sure my HVAC is working for the Spring and Winter seasons :-) He has a warm, kind, and friendly demeanor as well.

Recently had our heat pump replaced by Langley Heating & Air. Kaleb & Ken run a top notch company. Everyone from the office staff to the installers were professional, respectfully and kind. What stood out most to me during the quote process was that Ken knew what he was talking about, did not try to oversell us on anything, clearly went over their install process and answered all of our concerns within 24hrs. through email. I contacted four other companies for quotes and none of them were as sincere as Ken was. We are very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism that we have received from this group.

I had the best experience with Langley heating and air! They were responsive, quick, and efficient. They fixed all of the things we needed and it turned out to be so much cheaper than what we were quoted initially by a different company! We will definitely use Langley again. Thanks so much!

I have used several of the larger chain groups here in town and have never been happy with their service. The technicians always seemed more like salesmen not repairmen. Then I called Kaleb and haven’t used the others since. The folks at Langley are honest, reliable, and just plain nice. Kaleb and Ken will work hard to find you the best, most cost effective, and fastest solution to your problem.

Our heat went out, and Langley responded to us quickly, fixed our problem quickly, and did it at a fair price. The technician we had was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We unexpectedly had to replace our entire HVAC system. Kaleb was able to come out and take a look very quickly, give us an overview of the options that we could have installed and the price differences and an accurate timeline of the install. He was also very helpful in getting us financing for the project. He came back to install and did an excellent and thorough job, leaving the work site completely clean. He also alerted us to a moisture issue in our crawlspace that other vendors had not. He has been responsive when we had questions about the new system and responds personally. It's obvious he has a lot of pride in his business and in the work that he does. I recommend his company to anyone needing any kind of HVAC work.
