Changed service contract recently for my 5 year old Lennox system to Langley. Showed up on time and did a thorough servicing of system. Very professional and highly recommended.

I had a different HVAC company out to service my unit several months prior, and it was not working properly since.

Langley came out, and within 10 minutes had discovered that the previous company improperly wired the unit and shorted a wire, and had a repair setup and the unit back online within the hour. Highly recommend, don't cut corners with a fly-by-night contractor, these folks are the real deal.

Langley is an amazing company! Whenever we need any maintenence completed, they are usually able to come out very quickly. Technicians are always on time and very friendly. Langley not only does a great job, but they also do the small things that a lot of other companies don't. For example, when they enter a home, they always put those shoe coverings on to help protect floors and carpet. Small things like that are very much appreciated on top of the amazing job they already do in maintaining cooling/heating systems!

After a few interviews with other companies, I chose Langley Heating and Air for my complete rip out and install of my heater, AC and duct work. I was really happy with Ken and the proposal he gave had the best systems and options. He never tried to upsell me and was completely honest.

When it came time to begin the job, they were early, cleaned as they went, and informed me if there were any issues. Every night they left, the work area was spotless. You never would have known they were here. They finished the job a day early.

After the job was completed, Ken asked for my availability for the Town Inspector to come review their work and give the final approval.

Everything was beyond seamless. It was a large job and job and they never left me with a concern.

Since the completion, I have reached out to get a few extra things added and Ken has been great! All my questions have been thoroughly answered and never made me feel ignorant for my little questions.

If I had to do it all over again, I'd only use Langley Heating and Air.

No need to look anywhere else, the other HVAC companies are very much sales driven. Everyone that we had an opportunity to work with at Langley are 100 percent professional, honest, and fair!
