I've used Langley for a couple years now and find them very responsive and professional. The technicians are easy to talk to and have no problem explaining things.

Our AC unit stopped working after a bad storm over the weekend. After calling several other companies with either no response or week long time delays, I called Langley heating/air. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful on the call. They had a spot open the next day. Kaleb, the technician, was extremely nice and able to diagnose the issue within minutes. He gave a thorough explanation of the issue. He noted my unit looked new (within 3 years old) and checked the determine if the part (capacitor) was still under warranty, which it was, savin
g me a few extra bucks. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would look to Langley heating/air again if the need arises.

We have used Langley before for maintenance and have always been pleased with their service! When my 15 year old furnace died in December I knew who too call! Langley walked me through the process of installing a new system, since repairing wouldn't of made sense and gave me a quote for a new system. They were able to take care of it in 2 days, from removing all the old stuff and putting in all new equipment and ductwork(which we needed)! I will always recommend Langley if anyone has issues with their heating or cooling! Thank you Kaleb, Ken and Kevin, you guys are a great team!

Extremely positive experience from the initial call for service. The lady that answered the phone was professional and scheduled me for service. The technician that came out, Branson, was outstanding. As luck would have it the system was working properly upon his arrival. However, I had a video of the loud noise the unit was making. With that, Branson was able to replicate and resolve the issue quickly. He had the part on the truck and I was back up and running. Service was exceptional and I felt the cost was very fair. They have all my business going forward. Branson, thank you again, great job and good guy.

I had my heat pump break on me recently, and after a small breakdown about the fact that I was going to have to pay for a new system (mine is 15+ years old, runs r22, and needs replaced but my wallet sure wasn't ready) I called Langley to come out and see what was wrong with it officially and to get a quote for a new system if it was needed. Ken was able to tell me what the problem was in about 10 minutes of looking at my unit and was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost, saving me from getting an entire new system! No joke to say this company has saved me literal thousands of dollars--when the time comes to replace my system I'm definitely going with Langley!

I truly cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Langley Heating & Air! Not only were they able to accommodate me next-day when other businesses had quoted me 4-5 days later, but Ken was exceptional. Admittedly, this was my first having to call someone out for maintenance in my new home, but he was friendly, professional, and he answered all of my questions and never once made me feel silly for asking them.

The pricing was exceptionally fair for the service, and I was even given additional tips to help avoid future issues. I will absolutely be using Langley Heating & Air for any other issues that may come up in my home.

I have been a customer for about seven years. Each time I have a need for a visit Langley is extremely responsive. Our last visit we had an odor each time the heat ran. Ken diagnosed the problem and then cleaned both furnaces. Since we had not had our winter maintenance the entire visit was covered under our yearly policy. We were very grateful for this.
