    No stars! The worst customer service ever! Azzidin repeatedly said he had not received the necessary authorization from the warranty company to complete the AC repair job. When the truth of the matter was, he was out of town and did not and/or could not come back to fix what he broke. Meanwhile the internal temperature reached above 100 degrees. Keep in mind before Azzidin touched the unit it was working. Not perfectly but working. Afterwards there were stains on the ceiling from AC/water overflow, and eventually the unit completely stopped working. Personally I don't want to continue working with him to fix the AC but American Residential Warranty is forcing me to deal with him until completion. Evening after complaining to the warranty company about his poor customers and property damage to the ceiling.

    IF ABLE PLEASE REQUEST ANOTHER COMPANY. I CERTAINLY WISH WE WERE GIVEN THE OPTION.

    I found Azzidin to be rude, disrespectful and condescending... he does not keep appointments, hard to reach at times and does not value his customers.

    I do NOT recommend Hoff Heating and Cooling!!! Azzidin Hoff came out to my home through my home warranty as a certified vendor and charged me $65 for the service call and $120 to clean my AC because he told me “it’s not working because it’s dirty and cleaning it will fix it”. He told me he did not take debit card so I had to pay him through Cash App and AFTER he received payment he text me and said that the fan condenser was broken!! I knew the fan wasn’t working which is why I submitted a warranty claim but he lied to me and said my ac wasn’t working just because it was dirty so he could get me to pay him first! I feel like he is very dishonest in his business and he is not professional at all! Beware!

    Hoff appliances has the most horrible customer service. The owner Azzi is rude, snarky and downright lazy. if you're looking for a reliable AC servicing company, this should be your last stop. You're better off throwing money down the drain than using Azzi and / or Hoff appliances.

    Like other reviews, no receipt was ever given. Says they fixed the AC unit but wouldn't tell me what was exactly wrong with it nor what they did to correct it. Breaks within a few days afterwards and I contacted them to which they tell me it is a whole other issue not related to the one they suposedly fixed.

    Very bad experience. A tech came and had no idea what the problem was so made one up. Finally got a real technician to come and fix the problem. VERY unhappy with this company.

    We've been using King Heating/Cooling for a few years now. Not too often, but when something goes out or malfunctions we need someone who will answer the phone kindly, send someone quickly and have that person that does come be knowledgeable and honest. For us, this company has done all three

    Very good and professional service! Zak came on time and explained everything. Repaired the Unit to our satisfaction. I would consult them in future for any heating or cooling services.

    I would give negative stars if Google had the option.
    Let me give a run down of the entire encounter. Our cooling system was not working- we were assigned hoff appliance via Select (change the vendor, if you get them assigned to your problem in the area). While having a conversation with him he said he is unable to figure out the problem. Next day he returned with an estimate of requiring cleaning and adding freon to solve issues. When asked what freons are I received multiple condescending comments. If i were to ask him what aortic stenosis is he would not know how to spell it- I reminded him he is the expert and not me!
    Regardless I took the insults and he brought the bill upto 435.38$ which i agreed to pay- I had questions about the system and how what he did could fix it to not have anymore issues. I repeatedly received condescending responses as he was having issues answering my questions. Probably one of those men who cannot take women asking questions. I made him realize what a ridiculous customer service he is providing and told him if I knew what the issue is I would not have bothered him. When getting caught on lying to me that he is just a technician i reminded him that I know he is owner of the company registered in 2018, his tone changed from arrogant to "oops I am caught".
    If someone is asking what they paid for and what difference with paying 435$ make- this man had huge issues and has no manners on how to talk to women- came across as a typical male chauvinist with his conversation and tone. He had to be reminded that the excuse for his tone ("I have been out all day") is not a reason to lash out at questions from customer, it is a part of a job. I don't lash out at my patients being overworked with covid, IT IS MY JOB.
    DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH USELESS, CONDESCENDING, CHAUVINIST ,LYING AND RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT WORK. ALL HE CARES ABOUT MONEY AND THESE WERE HIS WORDS ON THE PHONE

    Very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Had my unit up and running in no time. Highly recommend them.

    Work was great. and they were able to implement and evolve my requirements, also the price was affordable, and I would definitely recommend working with them.
