Hoff Heating & Cooling

Our hot water heater went out on Friday morning. Hoff examined Friday night, was able to secure a new hot water heater and installed it Sunday morning. Their service was professional, courteous, on time all at a completely fair price. Would unquestioningly use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I had my whole ac unit repaired and replaced by this company this month. The company came every day until the job was done. They kept in touch with me every or night with ordered parts and home warranty companies final decision and when they are coming to perform the service. Very good at what they do.

Tech was late, was rude to my wife, and couldn't help with the issue. Tried to tell us it would be an all day job and would be very expensive. We called someone else who was able to fix it in about 2 hours and was friendly. Avoid this company.

My home warranty company assigned Hoff for my service call for a plumbing issue and I can't say enough about the excellent service I received! Azzi is very professional and knowledgeable as well as pleasant. I highly recommend him!

My AC blew up a few days ago and instinctively I contacted ARS, they quoted me over 7 GRAND! I was driving down the road and saw a little truck with HOFF Heating and Cooling on the back. I went ahead and got quoted about $2,000 less than ARS was charging me off the rip; I'd recommend this to my neighbor, family, and friends.

The tech was incredibly responsive and professional. He also saved me over $3700 by finding a relatively simple fix when a competitor was trying to unnecessarily replace parts and sell me a new system. They are honest, efficient and communicative. I will be using them from now on and would recommend to anyone in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Terrible guy, wanted to bypass my insurance company ( Select Home Appliances) , he refused to give me Invoice for the Job he had done. Instead of providing me with the proper invoice with his company's letterhead with Tax ID, he just gave me generic receipt with some other company's name on it ( Raleigh HVAC) and added Tax with it. When requesting for proper invoice, he flatly tells me he does not pay taxes.

I have already notified State Revenue department as he has done similar stuffs to many other folks around.

Was assigned to Hoff through my home warranty. Was prompt, respectful, accommodating, and responsive. Will definitely look to Hoff in the future for my HVAC needs!
