We have 3 separate heat systems all varying in age. This means we’ve been around the AC repair block A LOT….but wow! These guys do great work!!

The stars could not have aligned better. We used Thumbtack to receive a quote on Tuesday and thankfully they were able to start tearing the old out ducts on Thursday. By 3pm Friday all the new duct installation was complete and we were back in business. We were able to work with both Michael & Curtis. Great communication and quality of work from them both.

These guys are the only ones I’ll call from now on. They definitely won our business!

Michael was extremely helpful in getting my HVAC up and running again. I got a response in less than 20 minutes and he was at my home in less than an hour. He checked my AC unit and knew right away what the problem was. It took in total about 1 hour to check and fix the issue and I couldn’t be any happier. Summer is right around the corner and I was praying his prices wouldn’t be too high. I can truly say that his prices are unbeatable for the quality of work he performed and I will be using his services again in the future. I called Empire when my HVAC stopped working on a Saturday. Although he already had a busy day scheduled, Michael immediately and graciously agreed to stop by as quickly as he could and try to fix the problem. He arrived sooner than I had expected, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty resistor. Both he and the gentleman helping were very courteous and professional. As well, the repair was performed very efficiently with a much lower cost than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Empire Heating and Air and will most definitely call them again should the need arise. They were fantastic in every sense!

I went onto Home Advisor to find a good reputable company. I just bought my first home. Michael was the first to call me. I got other quotes, but his customer service was superb. Curtis came out to service my AC and heating unit. He was awesome; I got a fair price and honest people. I can't ask for more. As long as I live in North Carolina these guys got me as a customer.

Empire is an excellent company. My evaporator coil needed replacing because of a coolant leak. I contacted SEVERAL other HVAC companies to get estimates. Empire was the best value. They were able to obtain the part and do the repair in a timely manner. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and did a 3-4 hour job in a little less than 3 hours. They even explained to me that while doing my estimates, they'll even do price matching or better. I would recommend Empire to everyone. 👍👍

Friday morning I had a company inspected my furnace fan which failed to turn on. The technician told me that I needed to replace the motor, a control board, and the capacitor. The total cost would be over $1,000. My gut felling told me that something was not right.

I then contacted Michael and he managed to come over in late Friday afternoon. It took him less than 20 minutes to find the root cause of the problem (a broken capacity) and get my air conditioner running again.

Michael is responsive, honest, and professional. I will definitely contact Michael again for my HVAC needs in the future.

Micheal and Curtis came out to recheck my heat pump problem. Kid from Webb had to call his boss alot for guidance did not trust his judgement. Michael talked to manufacturer my unit was under warranty he ordered the part.
The price was reasonable Curtis found a leak moved the dryer outside the heat pump to save labor if needs replacing in future. Did not charge to do either.
Watched Curtis worked asked a lot of questions like to learn.
Did the repairs in less time that Webb diagnosed the problem. Is a father son company both are nice guys.
With all new freon was 170. less than Webb price. Think they would have charged more with extra work.
