I feel lucky that Earnhardt was recommended to me about 12 years ago. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful.and their service is exceptional. Josh has serviced my unit for the past 12 years and I trust his work completely. He is so polite, easy to talk to, and totally dependable. I highly recommend this company.

Tech/s were proficient in troubleshooting. Ordered parts, returned in a reasonable time, repaired system, and got a very old system up and running! They will be called when it’s time to replace!

This is the second time I have used Earnhardt. The first last year for a quick repair to AC. This time furnace failed and after 19 years it was time to replace both. Each member of the team has been professional, nice, explanatory, always on time. They work hard and efficiently. Pricing was much better than I anticipated. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. Would highly recommend.

I was exceptionally pleased with all phases of my recent service experience with Earnhardt Heating and Cooling, Inc. Everyone, from the salesperson to the work crew, were kind and courteous. Words can't express how wonderful the owner and his crew worked together to get my air conditioning unit up and running. Also, the work crew did a wonderful job cleaning up after the job was completed. Brandon, the salesperson was very nice as he explained everything that was going to be done and the three options I had for my unit. I am very happy with my air conditioning unit now. My father-in-law recently had a unit installed at his house and he is just as pleased as I am with the service he received. We can already tell the difference and appreciate your recommendation for the air scrubber that was added. In conclusion, I will certainly recommend you to anyone who needs any Heating or Air Conditioning work!

I needed a completely new HVAC System and duct work and they had it all installed in no time. They also recommended an Electrician/Generac sales and helped with the installation. The service technician was very friendly, prompt, and professional. He followed all Covid-19 guidelines. He answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. The customer service is high quality and professional, too. I am on a service contract and Earnhardt calls to schedule my appointments for twice a year maintenance services. They also send emails as reminders, too! I'm very satisfied with my services. Thank you!

I called Earnhardt and within a hour, the technician Josh was at my door. He was very professional and friendly from start to finish. He answered all my questions and explained in detail what was wrong with my heater. He was able to pinpoint the issue and repair my heat in no time. I highly recommend Earnhardt Heating & Cooling. It was a great experience from start to finish. They started and finished the entire project in one day and everyone involved was extremely knowledgeable and professional! Our new Daikin Fit system is extremely quiet and we are running the AC at 4 degrees higher than we are used to.

Have used Earnhardt for many years. Very satisfied with service. Very efficient & timely. Electrician even labled my "electrical box" bc I couldn't read the paper any more. Did not pressure or try to sell anything that was not needed. Very professional in all work they did. Friendly service people! And they painted the cement block where unit was seated! I recommend them highly! The rebates we received were AWESOME!! We have NOT paid a utility bill in TWO MOS.....when we receive the next bill, it will be a PARTIAL bill!!
