    After nearly 11 years of HVAC service, I recently hired Earnhardt to instal a new heat pump at my house. I was very pleased with the professionalism, pricing and overall installation.

    I would highly recommend them for HVAC serves.

    We had a unit put in roughly 2 years ago and had some issues within the first year that was quickly resolved, a problem with the unit itself not an installation issue, thankfully it was still under the 1 year warranty! Had to call them again recently which turned out to be nothing and they were excellent, super responsive! The tech that came out was very friendly and informative! I know some people have commented on poor customer service but we have not experienced this at all...

    Everyone was super responsive to us when our heat stopped working a few weeks ago. Repairman came same day. Required an expensive repair that caused us to decide to replace heat & AC systems. Next day they sent a crew of installers to do the job.

    I think this is the only 1 star rating I've ever given to a company. I'm generally pretty laid back but that only goes so far. They came out and did a diagnostic for our unit, didn't tell us much - the description of the problem was vague, lots of "it could be this, it's possibly that" etc. It came down to needing a new AC. They said to schedule with them so I could get estimates/options.

    Then comes 2 weeks of trying to reach them. I called several times, left voicemails. We got through finally and they said they'd get back to us. A few days ago I got ahold of someone once more, I complained (as nicely as I could) to the receptionist and she told me she couldn't do anything and she'd pass it along to someone higher up. Again, no attempt to contact me after that either. I ended up going with a different/better company.

    I don't know, they charged me 80 bucks to give me a vague diagnostic, then dropped all communication. If they're too busy for a new customer, that's totally understandable but a 10 second phone call, email, or text to let me know would have been great. Btw their website says they're available 24/7 - ironic.

    I recommend Earnhardt for all your frustrating phone-tag needs.

    I've had Dusty service my heating and air twice now. Super professional and friendly. He had another guy with him I want to say his name is Trey but I'm terrible with names so sorry if it isn't. But they are both great and would reccomend to anyone.

    Dustan knew I had to leave at a certain time so he got to my house almost a half hour earlier than my appointment and acknowledged that my leaving time was on his work order. He was very professional and courteous and was able to focus even with my barking dog watching his every move!
