Romanoff Heating & Cooling

Horrible experience with them , Our system was installed by Romanoff through builder in 2015 and we started our system maintanence last year and they matched the local offers for service agreement and this year they are not .Two weeks back we had a dead snake in our system , called them and asked them if they can come out for $ ,They clearly said NO we will not come out .I had to call local wildlife people referred through Next door and removed it by paying .They signed us up for the service agreement ,when I signed told them about the offers ( they did not pay attention ) and charged me more than what others are offering for 1 system .I called them and now they are saying we usually come out for $ and remove dead animal for a charge , also is letting me know that I did not mention the local offers while signing up(which I did ) .Rude and arguing people at the office .Not providing proper information .If they would have mentioned that someone can come out and remove dead animal for $ we would have paid as the HVAC system had to be opened .Horrible customer service !

Terrible customer service. AC went out, company replied to my warranty claim a week later saying that because another company came out to diagnose (not fix) the problem, the warranty was void. Pathetic.

This company staff is rude and could care less about standing behind their products. Good luck if they installed your system getting them to come back and actually fix issues they are responsible for!

My AC stopped working. They called me back and had a technician out a couple of hours later.

Their trucks block the roads of my subdivision while their crew is chatting from one to another truck. Rude..
