Romanoff Heating & Cooling

Installed the HVAC in our new home. Moved in 03/15 and heat stopped working first month twice. First time AC was turned on it did not work. Right after builder warranty of 1 year had problems with the AC, called for service twice and could not even get a call back. Called another company, 72 degrees, response within minutes and tech showed up in a few hours. Problem was with the installation, installed the wrong amp breakers for the unit installed.....poor install and poor customer service (after warranty). I will never call these guys again.

We used Romanoff to do the HVAC and electrical for our basement finishing project. I thought they were very easy and reasonable to work with. Jason was out contact on site and he made sure everything on the HVAC side was done correctly for the right price.

This is the snootiness most hateful group of idiots I have ever tried to deal with. Our unit is still under warranty for parts but not labor. They basically just said to find someone else to fix the unit even though they installed it. Yep, they do not stand by their work. Do not make the mistake of using them to do your AC work.

Staff is incompetent & rude. My home is in Lennar Kits creek Classic built 2 months back. Since day 1 HAVC has issues bothering. It took 4 visits to figure out the problem, First floor sheet rock had to be cut at 4 places to figure out that HAVC line is squished, still there is gushing air in living room and rest of the rooms are hot, as my wife insisted on reason for the problem while relatively comparing our previous home, Roman off person response question is "why did you move here ?", Not sure if this is recklessness or gender discrimination , Still Problem is not solved.

Forrest from Romanoff installed a Nest thermostat in our new home on Tuesday. It required fishing wire from one floor to another. He did a great job with minimal drywall patching needed. Recommend them/him highly.

Avoid like the plague. Installed my system in March 2018 with the builder Lennar. In January 2019 it was making a horrible noise. They came out and fixed it. Had to replace a bunch of parts. In May 2019 I asked them if they would stand behind the repair they did a few months earlier and was promptly told NO!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with James Hartsfield from Romanoff yesterday. James not only professionally and courteously resolved my problem, but he took the time to answer my questions, educate me, and made sure I understood everything I wanted/needed to. James is very knowledgeable and eager to share his knowledge and insight with the customer. He was pleasant, patient and waited for 45 mins after he fixed the problem, to make sure the problem didn't reoccur. If only all repair work and customer service could be this pleasant! Thank you James!

Excellent service. On time, qualified technician with professional behavior and language. I've used this company 3 years in my new townhome. I'm a satisfied customer. Give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.

Horrendous customer service. We had signed a two year contract with them and will not be renewing.

Probably the most rude, obnoxious people I have ever dealt with!! Our unit has not worked since day one and the representative constantly lies regarding people coming out to the house resetting switches! We have not had heat for a whole week and temperatures are in the 30s! Beware to buyer: JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
