Jorge was on time, efficient and easy to work with. He built trust and providing understanding in terms that I understood. All of our experiences with the Blanding team have been exceptional.

Showed up on time, called inbound, was professional and courteous. Consulted with supervisor to determine extent of repair. Cody was spot on with what needed doing. He did the task, the following day. Due to necessity of removing the bathroom vanity and faucets we were not able to test repair. I. Was told work was guaranteed. Once I have vanity installed will be Able to check. I was sort of surprised y'all don't repair the sheet rock holes in ceiling after the pipe was fixed.

We had an amazing experience with Blanton's. Jon Hall was our Comfort Consultant and went through the whole process of options and financing for a new HVAC unit. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the team of Jeremy Paul & Tyler Edwards who installed the system for us. The level of technical proficiency was so impressive. They had the old system out and the new one installed and fully operational in 4 hours! That right there is Team Work!! And a Huge THANK YOU to Jon for all your help getting this done within 24 hours!!

Alex was great very professional, he came to the house checked the problem, and he also went above and beyond and checked the rest of the system and other problems. Found a couple showed me with pictures and gave me four different plans. He explained everything very thoroughly. Thank you guys so much. They were a pricier than others I checked.

We recently had a technician out to service our AC units for general maintenance only to discover our entire system was over 11 years old, leaking, low on refrigerant, and needing replacements. Alex was absolutely amazing at providing us honest feedback on our inspection. After deciding to replace/upgrade both units, my husband and I sat down with Glen to go over options. He was also very kind, personable, and helped us choose the best system for our house needs. A week later, Shawn and another associate came by and did the system replacement as well as moved our upstairs thermostat outside our master bedroom to the hallway. We are very impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and punctuality of each team member we encountered during this stressful process. Highly recommend this company and we will continue to be loyal customers for years to come!

Chester (Curtis) came to perform an assessment of our HVAC system. I was impressed the minute he walked in the door. He immediately was able to setup our smart thermostat correctly....something even the security company rep could not do. Curtis then inspected our entire system. He took pictures of all components and identified problem areas. He was able to perform critical repairs right away...which he documented with pictures as well. Curtis was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a five star experience!

Ryan was the tech that was sent to our home after our AC unit stopped working. We explained what was going on, he explained what it could possibly be and what diagnostic tests he was going to do to figure out the issue.

What he thought was going to be the problem, based on what we explained to him, ended up actually being exactly that. He showed us what he was doing and explained what everything was supposed to be when he did the readings of the tests, compared to what it actually was reading.

Once the issue was figured out, Ryan was able to fix the issue right then. From his arrival time, to the diagnostics and repairs, through the billing, it was less than an hour total.

Not that I hope we have any issues in the future, but should we need to hire this company again, I hope that Ryan is the one sent out. He was pleasant from the start and answered all the questions we had.

He was very thorough and very professional. Great customer service! I definitely recommend this company. I will be using them again.

Had Eli come work on our plumbing after we experienced some flooding. He was extremely thorough, professional, and put us at ease about the whole thing. He also presented us with all of our options but not in a way that was pushy. The job got done very quickly and cleanly. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience and about Eli as a professional.
