Mark and Alec with Greenergy recently finished working on my HVAC replacing the evaporator coil. I was able to get quick service and they had the parts available for a fast and same day repair.

Requested service to two (2) gas fireplaces that stopped working & were quite dirty upon living in house for 10 yrs. Mark (Service Technician) arrived right at agreed appointment time & worked diligently on the issues. He recommended the best options based on my use of both fireplaces. Mark worked quickly, while ensuring quality service due to an unexpected appointment I had scheduled. Very satisfied with the work performed- both fireplaces are clean & in great working condition. Would recommend to others & will use for future needs.

Called Saturday morning at 7:30 for an old A/C unit not working. By 10:30 Mark had us back up and running with a new capacitor.

We had Mark from Greenergy come out to inspect our HVAC system and make sure it was in good shape since we hadn’t had any HVAC maintenance done for several years. Any air pushed through the system has always been on the noisy side and the fan in the furnace had started making some high pitched whining noises.

Walked us through every step of what he recommended to fix our furnace setup (which was installed incorrectly) and he & Aaron did a great job on the install of the fix.

Great service and very thorough and detailed with explanations, would highly recommend.

I needed the blower motor replaced (quite expensive part). I had quotes from 3 HVAC companies as well as Greenergy. I ended up going with Greenergy as Mark went out of his way in trying to get my HVAC working at the most cost effective way. I had made a Nextdoor post about my HVAC issue and his response was quite descriptive and helpful. The reason I ended choosing him over the other 3 is because he took time out of his day to respond to my Nextdoor request without expecting anything in return.

Mark was great! Showed up early, diagnosed the issue fast and was incredibly knowledgeable. Will use again and highly recommend!
