Kim came out to perform our seasonal PM for both our investment property and our home. She was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. She identified an issue our prior HVAC company had not recognized due to some improper wiring and she will work with the team to resolve this safety issue. I am so pleased I placed our systems under a PM plan after hiring them to perform some needed repairs on both properties earlier this year. Keith, Phil, Evan and Kim provide excellent service and attention to their customers.

With the worst timing possible, my heater went out right before I was supposed to have weekend guests. After running some basic checks I called TemperaturePro and explained my problem- dispatch was very polite and easy to schedule with, and when Kim came out she was great! She didnt mind my hovering around and asking questions and was kind enough to go out of her way to explain what she was doing and other general HVAC questions. For the parts replacement,
Kim and Phillip both came out and did quick, excellent work (and answered my additional queries so I could follow along).

For general review purposes- prompt response, updates and scheduling. Technicians knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They observe mask/health protocols. No aggressive upselling, super willing to work with the homeowner. Would work with again, highly recommend

Evan came in time for his appointment to fix my A/C He was very professional in his advice he gave me to fix the problem. I was pleased and gave him yearly maintenance contract. When we had some issues within a month, he took care of it without any additional charges.

Kim was wonderful! She called in the morning to let me know she was running late, which I appreciated. Once she arrived she got to work and installed two smart thermostats, and then took the time to help me get the app set up on my phone. She was kind, funny, professional, and thorough.

It was a bit pricier than expected, but that wasn't Kim's fault. If we need additional work done we will certainly request that Kim come back again!

Our office AC stopped working abruptly so we reached out to Home Advisor to find someone. TemperaturePro called us within minutes and was able to get a technician out in a few short hours. He repaired our unit and explained everything very thoroughly. Philip(???) was friendly and knowledgeable and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Mr. Philip Hinnant came promptly and listened to our HVAC issues along with a history. He spent 1.5 hours taking pictures of problematic areas while fixing the actual problem causing our HVAC heating issue. He then explained what he had done as thoroughly as possible and offered solutions to other minor issues he spotted. The cost for all this was a small diagnostic fee.

Needless to say, we were very impressed with the level of professionalism and transparency and can’t imagine going to a different HVAC company.

Mr. Phillip H. from TemperturePro was phenomenal. He arrive on time came back as promised and fixed my unit. It only took him around 20 minutes to figure out the problem. Once he fixed the unit he waited to see if everything as ok with it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We had an emergency situation where our AC unit was leaking inside. Evan was in the area, arrived promptly, helped us fix our issue and gave us guidance for the future/what to do if for some reason the leak popped up again. We were thankful for the quick availability and solution - would recommend TemperaturePro to others.

Temperature Pro was the 4th and final HVAC company to come to my home to assess the sudden loss of cooling in a 4 -day search for reliable service. Within minutes of talking to Phil and Evan I was certain I made the right choice in choosing Temperature Pro. Long story short, they saved me $11K by proposing to install a Bryant AC that works with my 7-year old Carrier furnace. With good annual naintenance, my furnace can last up to 15-20 years. However, the other 3 HVAC companies asked to replace my furnace with brands that are inferior for significantly more money.
