The team was very professional: arrived on time, introduced themselves and were wearing masks and shoe protection. They were careful with the surroundings as they worked. Did a thorough maintenance and briefed me on a finding. In spite my unit being 14 years old, they were honest when I asked if its condition Is good and they said that I can get a few years off of it.

The company contacted me and scheduled an appointment to examine and if needed repair my A/C which was not cooling. Evan came out, worked quickly and replaced the filter. However my A/C is still not working properly!
